It WAS a nice place to live. We live RIGHT next to a big park, yet the little kids in the complex run around playing in the road and all over the parking lot. ZERO parental supervision, total hazard to drive around. Throwing stuff playing catch close to parked cars, and I've witnessed them intentionally damage a car. Seen one urinating in a bush, seen them play basketball with dumpsters, jumping in and out of the dumpsters to retrieve the ball. Don't rent here if you care about your car, they're ALWAYS throwing stuff around cars. I don't care how light the ball is, cars are expensive and their parents sure aren't paying for any damages. Generally all happens between 4pm and 8pm, so of course whatever management or leasing agents aren't ever here to stop it. I don't know who the kids are or which building or apartment they live in, so I can't specifically complain. The parents already aren't watching the kids, so why not just tell them go to the park next door instead of constantly letting them be in danger in the street and letting them damage their neighbors property? But you tell me, would you want to live with this? I doubt it. I can't wait to get out. Management, please tell these neglectful parents to actually pay attention to their children and not let them loose in the parking lot/street. I have videos of them throwing stuff around cars and pictures of them in the dumpsters, but I think google is censoring me when I try to post them. This is my third attempt to post this review.

I rented an apartment at Hadley woods for about a year. I had a very good experience and all the credit goes to Bekim who’s the manager of the apartment complex. He is very helpful and kind. There’s very less managers out there who would go out of their way to get the issues resolved. The Upper management gave me a hard time when I tried to transfer my lease since I had to move out earlier than a year. But I would still give my experience a 5 star based on the my time there.

Although management is very friendly and attentive, when it comes to repairs and things, of that nature. My first two years here were amazing! I truly enjoyed living here! My former neighbor was very pleasant to live under.

So what changed? My former neighbor moved out, and these people moved in. What needs to be desperately improved here as far as management goes is when dealing with noisy, inconsiderate, neighbors, they should’ve been evicted over a year ago and they’re still stomping around the ceiling at all hours. I called the police on these people twice once for noise, and once for domestic dispute. You are at the mercy of the people living above you. I never would’ve thought in 1 million years that Neighbor could have this kind of influence on your living experience. It’s sad. Again, I loved it here with all my heart, and I looked forward to living here another year or two to save up to purchase a place now I am forced to find some thing I can afford to purchase for the sake of getting out from under inconsiderate neighbors.

I decided to edit this because it’s really not the fault of the complex itself, again, the management here is exceptional, especially when it comes to the repairs that may need to be done which is very rare, but in the event that it happens, they’re on it and they do it right. I’ve had other experiences in other places where that was not the case.

I rarely post reviews, however I felt compelled to post a review for Hadley Woods. The professionalism, fairness, and honesty in the management is something I have rarely experienced. The front manager is very kind and always helpful - the one time we had an issue with plumbing the repair staff was on it the same day and it was resolved and professionally managed. We had 0 issues with moving in and eventually moving out. Even if you leave an apartment pristine, some landlords/management companies will find ways to withhold parts of the security deposit, however we received our full deposit promptly. Having that piece of mind with management is hard to put a price on.

LOVE This place so far, Clean Quiet Community, Rental Office Controler Beckim’s Tenant service is A+++ this guy was an absolute pleasure to work with in getting our lease done, he was welcoming from the beginning great vibes I couldn’t have expected more. Just recently met the maintenance guy Jaime who also continued the pleasant experience my wife and I have received so far, we were very lucky to have landed here at Hadley Woods, really appreciate Beckim and his team’s service oh before I forget to mention, our apt is Outstanding, everything was shiny new, cabinets, toilets , appliances it’s just so nice my wife is very happy with our choice. Highly Recommend If There’s an opening Go For It you’ll be glad you did.

Rented an apartment at Hadley woods for a year, had to vacate because of relocation. Balcony view was perfect - an into the woods effect. Very good service from the team. Special thanks to Bill and Jamie for attending all the maintenance issues immediately, they made our stay pleasant. Wanted to give 5 stares but reduced one start as stairs and hallway could have been cleaner.

The guy bekim I believe his name is VERY helpful . This whole process I could rest assure he would respond fast and communicate with me through the whole process via email . not many places are so attentive . So happy and blessed to have found one finally . I can’t thank him enough . Thank you

This is so crazy. How can a person view this property when they are open 8 to 4.30pm Monday to Friday. And weekends off. Wow great.This is so insane. I am trying to view this property for last 4 or 5 weeks, but their timings are so inconvenient and inflexible. I think they want people to take day off to view their highly LUXURY apartments. 🙂
