Just moved in not even 1 week ago. Did not receive keys until day of move in. Never did a walk through with staff. During move in day noticed a leaking pipe under kitchen sink. Refrigerator that is barely cold and hole in laundry room that was supposed to be addressed. Oh and a broken cabinet drawer too. When speaking to front office they will place Sandy on the line but will refuse to put anyone on the line that can actually address issues. 5 days later and a refrigerator full of spoiled food. 5 days later and the pipe is still leaking and the laundry room hole is still not repaired. They will be nice up until they get your money and get you here. I’ve also noticed how they will reply to bad reviews by saying to contact them. For what? They will not address issues. By the way no offense to Sandy because she is very sweet but not to blame.

October 2024 update!!

Still having several maintenance issues. Mostly recently dish washer floods with water and garbage dispose seems to clog sink and spit up baby bottle nipples! Randomly losing power to entire unit. After the first time of losing power maintenance came out promptly and tripped main power trip at meter base. Not even 48 hours later. Same issue! Maintenance was very nice but issue seems to be with water meter leaking onto hvac and water heater causing electrical issue. I put a complaint in with corporate just for them to recognize the issue mentioned about the pool being dirty versus the various unit issue. And my son still had an unrepaired hole in his room from the repairs made to the guest bathroom bathroom!!!

Ivy, Josh, and the property manager (Ms. Price) have been wonderful! We chose this community because the team made us feel welcomed and right at home. When we moved in, we continued to feel at home and valued. The community is beautiful and very well managed. The maintenance team is incredible. They’re timely, they’re knowledgeable, and they’re hard workers. Our neighbors are friendly, and you can tell everyone treats their units as if it was their own home. It’s a quiet community, as well. We feel safe and really enjoy the peace in the evenings. I’m only giving it 4 stars because several neighbors within our building smoke weed within their units and (for some reason) it seeps into ours and makes our unit smell the same. In my college days, I wouldn’t mind this. But with my 6 month old, I don’t appreciate how his nursery smells like that. Otherwise, the unit is spacious, well maintained, and we’re THRILLED to call Haddon Place home.

This is a horrible place to live and I suggest you be very cautious when encountering such rude office staff. My mother who is on dialysis applied for an apartment in August 2024 in which she was basically approved although they were stating her paperwork didn’t seem real she’s worked at the hospital 24 years. After speaking to someone other than the newly hired manager who indicated that there was a problem my mom was allowed to move in. Keep in mind I handle ALL of her business for her including applying for the apartment because if her sickness in which she told them about in advance. She moved in on a Saturday however when we got to Walmart to pay the security deposit The account number that was given to her was wrong so the manager was contacted they then corrected the issue after several hours so our uhaul was full of stuff waiting hours for them. Now comes the time to pay rent on September 1, 2024 we go in to pay and the same issue with the account number, after contacting them they they attempted to fix the issue but never did now as a result she is late on her rent. My called me on break and asked me to go into the office and speak to someone because she called several times. A lady walks up in my face really confrontational saying you need to pay your rent cause nobody else is having issues. This lady name is Shimeekia Price, she was rude, pointing her finger, and told me to get out the office! Mind you none of the plugs work in the kitchen or and only two burners in the kitchen work. Their is a bunch of issues here including a trashed balcony right outside of my moms apartment, so many flying roaches she can hardly get in at night. Please reconsider this place. The pool is always closed and full of bugs and when your sitting outside the pool at night really big roaches crawls right by you. This place is almost horrendous. She didn’t see the apartment beforehand because she moved from Detroit and only saw pictures. This is not the place! DONT DO IT!

I've been living at Haddon Place for 8 years. I love my apartment, it's my home. No matter where I go, I can't wait to return home.
The community is great. I have great neighbors that I've built relationships with over the years.
I've never had major issues within my apartment and the minor ones where taken care of right away.
The management Team is a great group of people, Ms.Julie and Ms. Alesia are great. They don't just care for me as a resident but as an individual as well. They are concerned about the things that concern me. They take and make every effort to make my stay here great.
I love the amenities here, the laundry room, fitness center, pool, office space are all accessible and well kept.
I love this place. That's why I call it home.

The complex is ok, it’s older but the buildings are in nice condition and the office people are great. The color scheme, layout and appliances are decent but from the day I moved in (beginning of May): No Ac, faulty exterior lighting, faulty electrical outlets , broken garbage disposal, and broken dishwasher with standing water. My AC is now fixed and the exterior lighting as well and I can live without the garbage disposal ; so needless to say they are actively working to improve the community. The trash compactor is ALMOST always overflowing or broken, literal trash/ eyesore right at front gate. The price is reasonable , the overall community is quiet, and the grounds are kept neat but the walls and floors are crazy thin. Upstairs neighbors play tackle football everyday all day no exaggeration, it’s currently 4:17 am and they’re still at it. Before I moved in I noticed a lot of people saying they had bugs in their units; I have not seen any whatsoever but I’ve only been here 2 months. You pay for pest control monthly but you have to request it, so I’m not sure if they do a routine service for that or not. The staff are super friendly as are the maintenance people but my overall experience hasn’t been great. I’m hoping to stay the full year but I’m not certain at all.

Haddon Place is amazing they made my daughter 16th birthday so special. By making her dreams come true! They have been wonderful helping me put a smile on my baby face! It takes a village to raise a kid and I love the village I’m in!! I have been here for going on 2 years and they have been the best family oriented place I could raise my daughter! From safety and location it just works for me! I hope they know how special they are to me and this is something I would never forget! ?

Pretty good place to live, love Ms. Price the property manager but if my air don’t get fixed after going on 2 weeks I will be calling code enforcement. It seems our air and plumbing is needing to be fixed every month and we have been here since may.

I recently toured this place and I was amazed by the quality of service the Manger Julie gave us! She was really busy with other people and she was handling everything! She is very friendly and professional. I will be applying for a apartment today thumbs up for the best tour since looking for a new place to call home!
