We just moved into our new rental earlier this week and I’ve never had an easier transition. Guardian property management has made it super easy and quick to get into my new home. They assisted and helped us with anything and everything we asked for in a timely manner and made sure everything was 100% before we moved in. I highly recommend looking into their properties if you’re looking for a new rental in the area.

These folks are probably the most unprofessional property managers I’ve ever rented from. I moved out in June and it’s been over a month, we are yet to get our deposit back. To be clear we are not on assisted housing we spent nearly 1200$ on repairs that they refused to address. I had to replace nearly all the faucets(2 out of 3) dish washer leaked and I also had to repair the drainage lines as well as secure it to the countertop. Decking was coming lose too, they refused to fix it, I had to repair the steps on the deck and the porch railings where never fixed as well. Yes the cost of rent is cheap but in the long run the inconvenience you’ll endure isn’t worth it. I’m still yet to receive my deposit back. Thadious doesn’t call you back nor will he return your deposit BE VERY CAREFUL with this company. They lost the keys to the house and claim they can’t enter the property, as agreed by Thadious I left the keys on the kitchen counter. DO NOT RENT FROM THEM you’ll be sorely disappointed.

We lived at a home managed by this company. They were helpful as far as getting us on month to month, so we could move out at our convenience but otherwise we’ve not heard from them since move out.

We paid $5000 in deposits to move in on top of an eviction. We never received any sort of deposition. I’m guessing we are never getting any of our deposits back.

We have emailed and called several times and don’t get an answer, ever.

Trey with Guardian Property Mgmt has been absolutely amazing since we started renting from them. He has made the stressful situation of an unexpected move as easy as he possibly could every step of the way. Anytime I have a question or concern, he responds promptly and resolves the issue to the best of his ability. If it’s outside his wheelhouse, he finds a vendor who can take care of it quickly. He even gives our dog treats whenever he’s at our home with a vendor! I seriously could not ask for a better landlord for our family.
