GTG did a tremendous job in building our new home. Initially, we were overwhelmed with the concept of building a custom home, but Andrew did a great job of explaining the process and made us comfortable with taking on such a big project.

Building during a pandemic presented unique challenges, which made communication extremely important. Andrew, Paul, Glenn, Bella and Max's responsiveness made navigating these challenges painless.

Despite the best laid plans, we would notice things throughout the various stages of the build we wish we had done differently. GTG was always willing to work with us in addressing any adjustments we had.

We chose to build with GTG shortly after we ended our relationship with our previous builder in south jersey who had over promised and under delivered. It has definitely been a long journey in deciding to build a home. We have to say we’re very happy to have GTG along with us on our journey.

Although we have yet to break ground due to factors unrelated to GTG, we’re very excited to be working with GTG. Andrew, Paul, Bella all have been exceptional, patient, and knowledgeable about every aspect of our build. One of the things that we’ve loved working with GTG is that they’re very accommodating; however, they’re also upfront regarding all aspects of the build and will offer guidance when needed. The communication between us and the team at GTG has also been exceptional.

We started with an architect, Ralph recommended by GTG. He was on the same page as us and designed a beautiful and very functional retirement home for us. He was also very helpful, exceptional, and did an amazing job with the design. We appreciate his talent.

GTG took that design and worked with us to complete the final plans. We’re hoping to break ground soon and looking forward to moving into our home in the near future. We wholeheartedly recommend GTG to anyone looking to build a custom home. They will work with you every step along the way during your build and are true professionals. A special thank you to Bella who has always been extremely helpful and always willing to go the “extra mile.” We will update this review once we break ground.
