Worst property management company hands down. They don't care about the resident, they put the cheapest stuff in them. Paper thin doors and chargee the most. Had a issue with a resident above sense I moved in and they do nothing about it. I have went all the way to corporate and they don't care. I'm a VET with ptsd and they could care less. I've live all over the world and in a lot of different states by far the worst management company I have ever dealt with.

I live at Revere at Hidden Creek in Gallatin, TN. I have had a window unit in my brand new apartment for 7 months! There is no air flow to my bedroom. There is no repair in place, just a unit as a simple fix. They are still building this floor plan, knowing there is a major problem with construction. Every apartment with this floor plan has the same problem. Now I have no heat for the winter! This property is very poorly managed. Do not move here. I am leaving as soon as possible. Too expensive if there is no one willing to correct things.

They’ll run your credit and then refuse to disclose to you what’s preventing your approval. They use a third party screening company who is full of staff that is rude and disrespectful. This company had me running in circles for a fraud alert that their screening company put on my file (and I know this because they told me I needed to contact the credit bureaus and I did so I know there is no fraud alert from them). Then decided to just say it was something on my credit but refused to say what it was. Funny, because my credit has never stopped my approval before. Lazy. That is all that it is. Steven Weber, is the regional manager and he has been absolutely useless. I’ll definitely be filing a complaint with the BBB (which this company isn’t even accredited by the BBB and now we can see why).
