I was a tenant, I rented a shop from them on foster rd in Portland OR. My name is Markus. I have nothing good to say, horrible management skills, all they care about is money, getting a hold of them is impossible, any issues with the building is the TENANTS responsibility, even tho the building is not mine nor did I cause the damage. Security on their property is poor and the electric fence never got activated and never got the codes for it. Over charged rent on the shop, and charged taxes and fees for services that were never performed. Always complained about cars parked in my lot, even tho I was the automotive repair shop. Just absolutely the worst land lords/ property management group I’ve dealt with. Honestly would advise to stay away from them, poor management skills, poor property management skills, horrible people to deal with with. And they act like they are the best. Won’t respond unless there is a paper trail. -5 stars!!! Rent a shop anywhere else and you’ll have less problems, and no headaches. In our shop complex not a single other tenant had anything good to say about them. Spoke to every single tenant, nothing but bad things to say. Very unprofessional property management group. And don’t get me started on the idiots that come out to help you and understand the situation. Come out agree with you, and later on get an email stating it’s the tenants responsibility to address the issue.

I am not one of Grid’s tenants but I had a fence situation with one of their tenants, and Dylan over at Grid was able to get it all sorted out very promptly. He was really kind, attentive, and communicative throughout the entire process. Overall, he exceeded my expectations!

Grid property management has always been professional from the start. Dylan Roger's and Lauren have always done an amazing job at communicating well when it comes down to taking good care of their tenants. I have been with Grid management for 3 strong years and nothing but a pleasure buisness with the whole team. I highly recommend Grid Property Management.

I rented a lovely apartment through Grid. During my walkthrough, the agent told me how wonderfully quiet the apartment was, leaving out the part about the bar that is literally outside of the bedroom window. 🙄 Loud music until 3A.M. is unfortunate when you have to get up at 4:30.
Maintenance requests might or might not get attention.
I had my scooter stolen, and someone tried to break into my car.
We won't discuss the constant fight against the black mold.
The apartment itself was awesome. It was all just misrepresented. Horribly.

Even though I'm not one of their tenants, I just had a very positive experience with Grid. My neighbor rents from them, and her dog had gotten into my back yard. After a few false starts, I was able to make contact with Dylan, the maintenance manager, and he arranged to have the fence repaired so that the dogs couldn't get through it any more. He followed up to make sure everything was okay. I had previously posted a one-star review, but Grid (and Dylan) has earned 5 stars for promptly addressing the problem once it came to their attention.
