Bad experience at Greystone at Country Club (Waterford). Put down high security deposit upon original move in (was a single mom with custody bills), they then took over half of it off me upon move out, highly doubt they would have done that had the cash not already been with them since their reasoning made no sense based on documented condition of apt upon move in and our experience while there (both toilets didnt work properly causing multiple over flows, professional plumber never brought in, one eventually replaced after it damaged hundreds of dollars of stuff which wasnt reimburse; AC breaking on average 3x a month for up to 72 hrs with windows painted shut; massive roof leak that was repaired but not before causing damage; damaged carpet upon move in; storm windows in sun room popped out constantly, replacement denied despite it being a security and financial issue (cooling bill was insanely high).) Very disappointed. Got half of the $1200 refunded after contacting head quarters, but not enough to make up for my experience there. If you do business with them, be sure to create your own paper trail of documentation, especially if you put down a high security deposit.

Greystone Main Street bicycles blocking walkways scooters left in street and no security patrols. Not much bang for the buck.

This Company has been giving me the run around for almost 2 weeks for an application they said would take 3 days to process. Even with perfect credit, verifiable income, and great rental history I was denied. They only asked for my photo ID and never the co applicant’s, the process was sketchy. Once they seen how I looked I was denied.
