1st they cut down all the trees now the street looks like city streets. Filled with cars and trucks and work vans. Starting to look like the ghetto. I was told when I moved here that commercial vehicles weren’t allowed on the streets in front of the buildings. So I leave my truck at work. Other than that the office staff is good maintenance is good as well.

UPDATE

Oh boy here we go again.. Mr VROOM VROOM & his new blue Honda civic. I leave early in the morning for work and when I get home all I want is a little rest but I hear this clown rev his car like he is vin diesel at 7am and after work. I don’t even live on the same street but I can see his car from my house. Can’t wait for the snow… he will really go to town then. 🎉. 🤦🏻‍♂️. You’d think the apartment complex would know he has that car and tell him he would be disturbing the peace.

Good safe place to live, everyone seems to keep to the selfs for the most part. The property managers are very friendly. They can be slightly strict if you break any of the rules, but with good intentions.

I moved into Greenview Garden from living in Hudson and Union counties about 5 years ago. This has been by far the best experience in living in an apartment. The office staff members are great, especially Lori. The maintenance crew as well. I enjoy living here and would recommend living here to anyone.

Maintenance keep the grounds immaculate, they are consistent and on point when any services needs to be taken care of. The office clerks are super sweet especially Laurie. It's so quiet here and everyone is super friendly. It's a great place to live!!!!

Good place to live, Raul from maintenance is very efficient and productive. Office staff has been exceptional ever since Laurie took over.

Most tenants are older and very nosy which tends to get annoying.

I have been a tenant for a long time. I have seen many staff come and go. I must say Loauri is the best thing that has happened to the office. The maintenace crew were good for a while but they are great now especially after Raul took over.

Wonderful place to live. Is usually very quiet and very well kept. Sometimes office staff can seem bothered or snippy, but nothing outrageous. The only downside is parking. Parking is terrible, and their allocated visitor's parking they either gate off or put heavy machinery in, forcing visitors to park in the street. All in all a good place to live.

I love my apt, my neighbors, the office and maintenance staff. Great place to live for an affordable price. Doesn’t get much better than that.
