Huge shoutout to Luis! Hopefully we get keys soon! The amenities to this place are great! I’ve looked at many other places, and they don’t offer all that amenities at this place has. If you guys are looking for a new Home , I totally recommended. I like the energy. Everything is very well. Clean even the elevators. You can tell that the stuff cleans them. The day that I went to look at the facility. There was a lot of stuff working hard on the outside. I know that I made the right decision for this place to be our Home. Luis is awesome ask for him if you are Interested for info and tour. 🙌🏼

I’ve been living at Greenfield Village for 4 years now, and while not everything is perfect, it’s been an overall enjoyable experience. The apartments are very spacious and have great layouts, the underground parking is a big bonus, and the in-unit washer and dryer adds so much convenience.

Staff wise, the person who really stands out is Luis, who consistently goes above and beyond. When I first met him, we only talked for a few minutes, and when I saw him again months later, he still remembered me by name. That kind of personal touch is rare, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about the residents and their experience here. I definitely recommend you ask for him when inquiring about renting.

It has been over 3 months that the elevator of our building has been out of service!! It's so pathetic that we all have to deal with this inconvenience, knowing that there are handicap tenants on the 3rd floor. It's disgusting to know that they have over 300 units for rent at an average of $2,400 a month each, and they can't pay to get this elevator fixed. Can't wait for my lease to end!

Señor Juan has always been very respectful and helpful. Annette is a great person very respectful, helpful, easy to talk to. Very responsive to manage things if we have an issue or If we need something with our apartment. She always helps out and make sure things are done.

Do not move here. I highly recommend looking elsewhere as the people in the office are the worse and take no accountability for their actions. We lived here for 2 years and while we were there had several issues so we decided to move out. People don’t clean after their pet and when you report it, the management doesn’t take any action.

What made me leave this review is, upon move out, we forgot to take the router we needed to return to the service provider. I called and spoke to Emily and she advised we could come pick it up as the new people who rented the place are yet to move in. And as long as I came before then new tenants moved, I would receive the router.

When I went to pick the router up, the assistant manager told me since they had rented the place out, they have gotten rid of the router. She tried to tell me if was my fault that I waited too long to come pick it although it had been 10 day's. When I told her I called the same day we moved, and Emily told me to stop by anytime she didn’t even apologize for any mistake on their part.

Emily sitting in the managers office didn’t bother to apologize but rather tried to tell me again I waited too long when she had told me to come by anytime before the 26th because that’s when the new tenants were moving in.

I don’t care that I have pay the router fee to the provider but the fact that I drove an hour and half based on a conversation with Emily and no apology was issued it felt condescending. An apology for the misinformation would have gone a long way rather than making me feel like it was my fault. I highly recommend not moving here. The property management doesn’t care about people especially when they are at fault, they will make you feel like it’s your fault.

I’ve been looking for a new place closer to Work. This facility was actually on my way to Work. I stopped by a really nice facility, and if you guys want information, I would totally recommend Luis. I think Luis is such a great help to the team. I really didn’t get to meet anyone else. But Luis was awesome. His vibe, his energy and communication skills are very great.
