Green Meadows is a great place to live. From our first tour of the townhouses, we felt safe and welcomed. It’s nice to be in a community where I genuinely feel at ease.
Julie, the property manager, has been helpful and responsive throughout our time here as well. We have been here for almost 2 years and I would definitely say it has been our best move. I would recommend Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains for anyone looking for an apartment or townhouse

We have visited many properties before finding Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains. Upon arriving at the community we were immediately greeted by the property manager Julie. I can’t say enough good things about Julie. From our first visit to deciding to move in to the community Her level of knowledge, professionalism and attention to detail is beyond anything we have experienced while visiting other properties. Aside from loving the property we loved the energy that Julie brings to the whole process. She made it very easy and stress free. Once we moved in we met Purcey who handles maintenance of the property. He is most genuine, helpful and professional guy he answered every question and explained everything that we needed to know in great detail. We are beyond grateful for Julie and Purcey for making our move such pleasant and happy experience. If you are considering this community don’t think twice. It’s great in every way.

I rated this apartment 5 stars 3 years ago and I will still rate it 5 stars after 4 long years as a tenant in this community. I was very lucky to find this when it was built during covid but for months they didn't have many people until recently it was super packed. our rent started out at $1500. But a select few get to pay the Maintenance fee, which was me and found out other neighbors didn't have to pay it. Some other neighbors were much cheaper for 100- 150 less for the 1-bedroom apartment. It's normal I guess everyone lived in the same 1 bedroom or three different floors with the same measurements and style but it was about 1400-1800 different in rent price.... Hmm, I wonder why that is. So, you can't really put stuff outside on the balcony to ruin the image and safety of tenants, so the balcony is almost useless. you can choose to look at new construction or the parking lot balcony. They would give you a key and if you lost this key to the useless balcony you would have to pay for it. Luckily, I didn't have $150 for lost keys and $50 for lost remote control to the fan light in the rooms. Occasionally smoke and marijuana break to some tenants since the no smoking break didn't seem applicable to them. And the property manager often sends the same note in the app "that this is a no smoking premises blah blah blah". But there will still be marijuana smells in the hallway or one time in the ventilation and newborn was inhaling marijuana or new toddler waler pick up cigarette buds on the floor to put into their mouth. There were many first-time renters who I spoke with. So, renter's insurance was about 80-$100 a year, just something for everyone's budget. A few incidents where someone's dog was too loud and was suggested to move out the apartment. So, if you have a pet that's too loud. OMG the road on Whitty Road and route 9. If you are a light sleeper, some tenants shared that we had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. The construction on route 9 never stops and there are building materials that may be used later on this year. Good luck sleeping. The property manager will organize ice cream trucks in the summer and always provide coffee in the lounge. Just be careful, I had to clean the coffee maker because there were molds growing in the community coffee pot. There's also always water for people in the refrigerator after the gym. How nice is the team. Percy and the whole Maintenance team are super awesome! Quick to solve the Maintenance problem. But I'm not sure if they switch the team or what, two months before moving out the Maintenance team gets a bit slow to help. Make sure ask the team to clean laundry machine mold, dishwasher molds, and bathtub mold because you don't want to make a cleaning mistake and break the furniture and appliances. Good luck finding parking space and pray nobody parks in your parking spot. Overall, this was a good experience.

I had received a letter from this apartment complex with instructions on how to proceed with my application. I followed every step. One of the instructions was to call the main office and make an appointment. I spoke with a woman named Julie, and scheduled an appointment for July 1st at 9am. She went over everything with me. She mentioned there was one affordable unit available. She said the faster I got my paperwork out.  Then I could fill out their application and pay the application fee, and that their main office process was a bit faster. So, I had my paperwork expedited to Piazza (Which I paid for) and they had received the very next day. I arrived at my appointment to see the apartment at 9am. I called the Main Office because I couldn’t find their entrance. Julie answered and say’s I don’t have a 9am appointment today. She didn’t know what I was there for and proceeded to say they rented the apartment last week. The same apartment that she said would be ready by July or August and asked when I would be able to move (if accepted of course).

This was extremely disappointing as she forgot she made an appointment with me, and then rented the apartment way before she said it would be available. My time was wasted! I took time off work in the morning to see an apartment that I didn’t even have a chance at. This was extremely unprofessional to me and I would appreciate a manager or someone higher up to get back to me regarding this matter. I just have questions as to how your process actually works.

My family and I have been living in Green Meadows at Pleasant Plains for a year and then are the best months of my life, we live in a new condominium town- house where we are surrounded by trees and green areas we have access to one of the best club house where we enjoy the gym, kitchen and tea room

The manager of the complex Juliet is very professional and the best, she is very diligent and keeps everything perfect, she is very organized and we give her 10 start review , Pierce the maintenance supervisor of green Meadows at pleasant plains is very friendly and professional, keeps everything in order and in perfect condition anytime anything you need solve in your APARMENT or HOUSE he take care we gave him 10 start review too

My family and I live in a very quiet, safe, modern and very familiar place, where in the company of our puppy Bambi we live the best moments with our two teenage daughters just 15 minutes from the best beaches in New Jersey and with a large patio in the back of our house where we make the best BBQ in the company of nature

Definitely, if you have the opportunity to live here in GREEN MEADOWS AT PLEASANT PLAINS , I recommend them with 200% security. We love this beautiful place

Green Meadows is a beautiful place to live. It’s very clean it’s new everyone is so friendly. My apartment is just right size for me. Julie is very nice doesn’t mine helping you. I been here 2 years now and glad I made this move
