My family & I have been renting from this rental company for 2 years & counting! We absolutely love our apartment & how convenient public transportation is to all of our favorite local shops, grocery stores, laundromats & local parks. The accessibility is super convenient, even by foot! Schools are also in very close proximity which is very comforting as a parent. NJ transit train station is right there within 5mins of our home which is great for spontaneous impromptu adventures into the city! I also really enjoy the fact that they faithfully send pest control out each & every month to everyone's apartment. I really love that! Who wants extra uninvited guests?! Not me!! Speaking of pests, lol they allow pets ❤️ we can't imagine life without our fur babies! They're apart of our family! Furever❤️ Also, Very, very seldomly have we had any maintenance issues here outside of normal wear & tear issues of a screen that needed to be replaced or a simple adjustment of our bathroom door hinge, etc .. even a simple inquiry or concern that we may have had, they've never failed to show concern & send someone out quickly to resolve our issues. I think that is truly important & reassuring for tenants & a great way to keep up with the tenant retention rate. In thee end, We all just want to feel valued, appreciated & heard no matter where we decide to rent! I look forward to one day renting a 4bedroom apt in the near future from this company.

This was by far one of the best company I’ve ever came across.
Greater Reality Management is top tier like they provide you with the best housing options and help you to choose a safe/ nice places for you and your love ones to live.
They also provide a fast responding maintenance service that I think everyone loves, the customer service is great and the owner (Mark) is a really nice person to communicate with and will help you find your dream home.

Con : As a person of color, credit score is everything. I am In the process as a tenant of getting the correction of illegal reportings of debt/ unpaid rent by Greater Realty removed from my credit report. Let's see how Greater Realty fixes this problem. Section 8 Pays out their portion every 2-6 months, as tenants we pay our complete portion each month. Any and all debt section 8 does not pay each month gets reported to the tenant's credit score. We are trying to buy a house one day, but Paying our rent each month = a lower score renting with this realty. Waiting for them to correct this matter. Just be warned if you have section 8.

Pro: If there is a matter with fixing things, they will show. Just call the line and they have helped in most cases. They also provide my family with a safe home to live in. I also wouldn't go as far as to say they are unprofessional, they are mannered to my family so far. Will come back here and update if anything changes.

Take away in a nutshell, the cost of staying here long term for years if you plan will be your credit score dropping by 100's.
Just remember as a tenant whether you rent with them or elsewhere that if a credit bureau, creditor, or someone else violates the Fair Credit Reporting Act, you can sue. Under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have a right to the fair and accurate reporting of your credit information.

I am very happy with the repair workers that Greater Realty Management have working with them. Both my water heater and air conditioning unit broke and I was able to get replacements for both. The workers toiled long and hard hours to get these difficult jobs finished and then were kind enough to clean up after the jobs. I am very happy to have my clean water and cool air back and appreciate the time that was taken by all the people involved to get the repair matters settled.

So upon moving in everything was fine I’ve been in my apartment for 4 months and the mice infestation is out of control I’ve sent emails and have made calls and even with them sending the exterminator it didn’t work I didn’t even put furniture in here because it’s that bad pregnant roaches and mice they are eating through everything so I met with the owner today and he was VERY RUDE HIGHLY DISRESPECTFUL AND NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD I RECEIVED MY MOVING PAPERS AND HE REFUSED TO SIGN THEM SO PLEASE EVERYONE BE CAREFUL WHEN RENTING FROM THESE PPL ANA IS THE ONLY PERSON WITH RESPECT I WISHED SHE WAS THE OWNER INSTEAD 96 EATON PL IS WORST PROPERTY IVE EVER LIVED IN
