Doesn't hide secret fees like other apartment complexes. I had a smooth transition into one of their apartments, told me all the costs upfront, whenever there is a problem in the unit they do come and fix it but sometimes it takes a bit longer, especially on the weekends. Had problems with bugs, cockroaches, sink leaks, uneven toilet so it has to stay on wood pieces to make it stable as in it's not attached to the floor, ac leaks, and the shower drain overflowing with poop water. But they were very good with coming and fixing the shower and the AC. But the bug issues are constant because of the small holes and cracks that aren't patched properly around the apartment. They did not have a door to the bathroom in a studio apartment, which is inconvenient because we have cats. Though it has its ups and downs, I honestly would rather sign a leash term with Grayson & Grayson in this economy lol, so not bad.

Grayson was very friendly at first. Once they find an issue, even almost 7 years old they cut all ties and send you on your way. A point in the right direction would've been nice, or maybe a conversation about what they can do to help even. If you are looking for friendly, helpful realtors I have a few that were very kind, friendly and did everything they could to help us out.

Niegbors best their spouses, people screamed goes right through the walls 15 new people 3 feet away from my door a week, not enough parking spots, took about 300 dollars from my deposit without telling me why. A guy died there didn't do anything to the air in my unit another guy got shot about 200 yards from my unit. The management team has an a malious and contentious spirit. It's not worth it.
