Terry is one of the most amazing realtors in this world and he is just an amazing human.
I am working on buying a house in the future but got the mean time while I get things in order we needed to move from where we were and he went out of his way to help me and my little family find a temporary rental home.
He took us out to look at rentals on the weekends every weekend for months till we found our perfect fit.
He was honest when we felt like giving up and settling for something we didn’t want. He was persistent always having multiple places to look at when we went out. Please keep in mind he did not have to do this there is not much money that he would have hot out of this. He would probably had only made as much to cover the gas he used.
He told us the truth with walking in and not liking the place. He made us have hope and we ended up loving the house we are in.
I can’t thank him enough for all his hard work and his team guiding me in what I need to work on to buy our forever home.
I can’t wait for that adventure with him as our realtor I know he will get us exactly what we want and need. Thank you Terry for everything. This is our first Christmas in this temp home but it feels like we could build forever here too.

It has been a pleasure working with Terry on our home sale but realistically over the last few years. Terry G. is a great realtor. He is experienced, patient and thorough. After looking at multiple houses, he helped me find a great home. As I was ready to close on the deal, I got injured at work and was unable to follow-through with that home. It took close to two years to recover. I called Terry up and he was willing and ready to pick up where we left off without reservation. He helped me ro find an even better property than the initial one, I don't know how he does it, but he gets the job done. I definitely recommend him if you are in the market to purchase a home.
