We chose Grant as our real estate agent after speaking with numerous agents in the area and couldn’t have been happier with our experience. Grant is extremely professional, a good listener, and very experienced in the market given his long tenure in the area. During the purchasing process he was always available, on top of new houses that came on the market, and willing to go the extra mile. In addition to selecting properties to tour based our needs, he helped us with a vision of what our property can become. I appreciated Grant's local knowledge of Incline Village and being able to field questions that were relevant to the area. It was clear he knew the properties and neighborhoods around the area very well and was able to give me knowledge of the place I bought prior to it officially entering the market. I was looking for a house that was not as common being a smaller home with a lake view and was turn-key which made its comps a little more difficult. I appreciated the effort he gave in explaining the market of the house and showing me a best guess effort at the comps.

Stop your search, Grant is the realtor you're looking for. I have worked with Grant on numerous transactions with several angles over the years: as buyer (multiple times), as seller (multiple times), in dual agency situations, buying off-market, negotiating seller financing, in a 1031 exchange, on both primary residences and investment properties, and even resolving an utterly intractable big bank lender. Grant knows how to navigate every situation expertly - which is both cause and effect of being the highest-grossing agent in the entire state of Nevada last year. By now you have (or you will soon) read all kinds of praise of Grant all over the internet, including his first review on Zillow that I wrote in 2016. I know of no higher validation of Grant's attitude, competence, and infectious energy than repeatedly giving him my business over the past decade.
