Excellent company. Need a place to stay, call the Property Manager (Candis) helped immediately. She responds to quick and get task completed so fast , that is makes the process seem like where has ppl like this been hiding. I need her to be my person when I’m ordering takeout, on hold to pay a bill, or arguing with my spouse. lol She just makes things feel like everything is going to be ok

The Grant investment team is magnificent, the process of buying a home through them is smooth and transparent. Any questions I had they went out their way to answer and if they didn’t know they researched it. I defiantly recommend to a friend or family member who is trying to buying a home! Worst agent to go thru for renting a house. The ac went out and was my responsibility to contact their maintenance crew that totality lied to us about everything. The land owner did nothing to help the situation as did the real estate agent. Been a month without ac. I do not recommend this company. We had to actually clean the house before we moved in. Lol what a joke.
