Had a fantastic stay! The house is chic and fun with a mid-century modern design and decorations. Entry was simple with coded access. We used the pool and hot tub to escape the dessert heat and cool off at night. The kitchen is stocked with all the necessities. The bedrooms, living, and front rooms were all spacious and cozy with plenty of places to sit and relax. We were vacationing with another couple but were still very comfortable given the space.

The house is also centrally located, not too far from all the popular sites in town.

Looking forward to our next stay here in Palm Springs.

Beware unsafe conditions They offer no recourse or corrective action at all.
I am writing to address several unsafe conditions I encountered during my recent stay at your Air Bed and Breakfast property on 10/16-10/21. I believe it’s important to bring these issues to your attention for the safety of future guests.

exposed spa drain with no cover it is near the stairs, the edges are sharp and ragged. A foot was sliced up the middle.

These conditions raised significant safety concerns and could pose risks to future guest as you can be assured I will not be staying in any these properties again.. I recommend addressing these issues promptly to ensure a safer environment.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I hope no one else is injured due to your negligence.

Amendment: I have escalated this issue in AirBnB and now they acuse us of breaking it and are suddenly having issues with some check out things.

Place was fantastic!!
Clean, pool and spa were great. Keep in mind it isn’t a hot tub but a spa. Very quiet neighborhood. Minutes from downtown. Would definitely stay there again.

Stayed at the Demuth Park Desert Oasis and it was a wonderful property. Lovely pool and hot tub plus the adorable tiki bar. Mgmt Co. was extremely responsive and was always checking in. We would definitely come back to this mid-century modern marvel.

Buyer beware. Will cancel last minute after attempting to coaxed you into canceling or attempting to upcharge you last minute to switch properties. One of the worst experiences I've ever had.

Update, the below reply is inaccurate. If you had offered comparable accommodation at the same price, I would have accepted, you did not. You offered a significantly more expensive option and then ghosted when I made a protest. The way you operated I believe is illegal and you will be held accountable as this was a significant interruption to my business trip with my staff.

The customer service here is one of the worst I’ve experienced. My family and I stayed at a house through air bnb managed by Grand Welcome, the house itself was great but that’s besides the point. There was a big storm coming our way while we were staying here, we looked up the policy for refund and we saw we were eligible for one. Our host of the air bnb, Cindy had told us it was approved and we would get our refund. I have yet to receive the refund for the two days we missed out on due to the storm. This was back in August, the 19th to be exact. It’s now September 22nd and I am still dealing with this issue. I’ve contacted grand welcome and have been ignored many times and when I finally did get ahold of the customer service rep she was beyond rude to me. I’ve even left a voicemail for the manager to get back to me and I never heard back from anyone. I’ve been going back and forth with air bnb support trying to get ahold of grand welcome to get this issue resolved, even the air bnb support called me back saying Grand Welcome is not responding. It’s been a horrendous experience.
Save your money, do not give these people business.
