*** DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY *** I've rented from them several times in the past and each time I try to get my deposit back they refuse to return it. The most recent time, I returned from a deployment to Afghanistan. After traveling 40+ hrs, I removed my vehicle and lock from the unit with every intention of returning to sweep the unit as i had paid through the end of the month.

2 days later, I call them and tell them i am sweeping the unit out and vacating the unit 2 weeks early. I asked them to return my deposit and they were extremely rude and refused to return my deposit. They hung up on me and i promptly called back and asked to speak to the manager. They said they saw the lock was off the unit and thought it was abandoned and swept the unit themselves and that they would not be returning my deposit.

Also note worthy:
When i was checking into the unit, they had not removed "owners" lock from the unit. I nearly missed my shuttle bus ride to the airport as they had to rush down to unlock the unit so i could park my vehicle inside.

The unit had not been open the entire time i was in the unit. I drove my vehicle directly from the car wash to the unit. Any dust or dirt in the unit was an accumulation of poor building design.

**DO NOT USE** These storage units are infested with mice. Our tents, sleeping bags, clothing and gear totally destroyed by mice in our "safe and secure" storage unit. Our furniture covered in mouse droppings with holes eaten through cushions. Family photos destroyed and eaten. Absolutely ridiculous. If you care about your stuff do not put it in here, you will regret it. Several irreplaceable photos of my recently deceased grandfather are gone from storing the boxes here. We trusted this place to protect our stuff and it's all destroyed.

Additionally the snow and ice are not removed from the driveways creating super hazardous and difficult conditions to access your storage unit. Witnessed another customer slip and fall while trying to access her unit.

I've had a good experience here the location is convenient and I haven't had problems with mice, but I store my stuff clean and sealed. It's not a hermetically sealed unit, but that's not what I pay for. Units are new, nice and clean. Staff has been very helpfulL.
