Sean Trebus, Executive Property Manager @ Grace Property Management, in Denver, is the best property manager I've ever had! He treated me like a human being and cared about my best interest and my properties best interest. Usually, if I emailed, he contacted me back that same business day. If I emailed later in the business day, then he'd make contact by the next morning. He really wants to help you with everything you need. Just bypass all the other property management companies in Denver and go with Sean @ Grace.

I don't have anything too bad to say hence why I'm giving three stars but I was trying to rent out a apartment for the first time under my name in the beginning of this process. This woman I won't say her name and call her out was very polite. Helpful. Friendly bubbly awesome help. Made me feel confident and good about getting this apartment well. Trying to rent. I found out I couldn't rent and was denied due to low resident score. I asked this person what can I do to improve this score or could you possibly refer me to someone r point me in the right direction on what to do next. The friendly, bubbly personality I experience with her was gone. The only answer I got was Google personal landlords. Her and another woman stop answering my text and just made me feel like " wellp We can't have his money so he's no use to us" I know they have a business run but all I'm saying is I wish they would keep that awesome personality from beginning to end. Makes me not want to go through them again once my score is up because I feel like it was all fake when they thought I was going to be approved. Still clueless on what to do next.......

**UPDATE: I have now lived here for about 6 months and I have not one single complaint. I didn’t even think that was possible!

Since the first contact I had with them, Grace Property Mgmt has been fabulous. After the awful experiences I’ve had with previous property management companies, I didn’t think there were good ones out there. But Grace easily proved me wrong. They are kind, thoughtful, and treat you like an actual human being and not just a payment each month.
