Suzannah and the team at Goodlife Property Management have been so helpful with getting my dad's condo ready to be rented and finding a great tenant. Whenever the HOA emails me stuff going on around the condo or the tenant needs to be available she always replies the day I send it to her and let's our tenant know. They have been very supportive during the two years we've rented through them
They check the property to make sure the tenant is taking great care of it. They asked the tenant a couple of months before the lease is up if they want to extend it. That gives them time to find a new renter before the lease is up. Luckily our tenant wanted to stay. We have been very pleased with their service.
