This is what it's like to live in these apartments at the Crossroad Manor Apartments. I live in building 10, apartment 18. I don't have the right to park and since I don't see where to park on the yellow lines, the management are racist people and they don't help Hispanics. I have Since February I have been living badly because 4 racist neighbors touched me and they have done everything so that I do not have peace or tranquility and I go to the administration to make my complaints and I am not listened to, they only listen to the neighbors. I do not recommend this place because of everything I am experiencing. When I came to apply for this place I thought they were so beautiful but I did not know that I was going to live hell in this place. I regret living here. There are no responses to people who do not speak English.

Worst management ever ! I was shown an apartment and when I went to get the keys they gave me another one that was not the one I saw. It didn’t even have a closet in the bedroom like the one I had seen. They also failed to disclose the possibility of led based paint, found out from court documents from a lawsuit that was filed against them. Never moved into the apartment because that’s not the one I saw and they refuse to cancel the lease and give my money back. We will be going to court. STAY AWAY !!!

Worst property management service I’ve ever experienced. My bathroom and kitchen are filled with mold and rotten wood, my ceiling paint in my bedroom is falling out everywhere. The sinks all have holes in them, YES HOLES, and aren’t working. The bathtub is unusable. Yet every month, you are charged late and court fee’s on top of rent. It’s disgusting and shameful. These people come into these types of neighborhoods and exploit minorities and having them live in terrible and disgusting conditions while living the good life the next block or town over. My bathtub has been sitting in a chest pool of water for weeks and they do not care. All while they are charging fees and court fees to your bill every month DURING A PANDEMIC. My lawyer is on speed fail if anyone in my family gets sick from this mold & dirty water infested place.

No contact number for corporate office. I attempted to reach out on behalf of 2 residents from one of their properties that are having a hard time getting the assistance they are supposed to receive from management. I sent a message a month ago through the portal an never received a response back from them.

Me and my wife call for simple tasks and ask for simple things to be takin care of in my apartment. GoldStone has become the world wide leader in bad management and poor on their maintenance. We put in a work order for a shower months ago and still have a shower that leaks mostly from the handle. Water pressure in the shower is low due to this issue. Elevator has been an issue since I first moved in 4 years ago. I have a pregnant wife that needs this elevator since its currently hot out she’s 8 months pregnant and live on the 5th floor. Calling the super is a loss because he never answers his phone and calling management never did me any good the last time i called Fagy hung up on me because i explained a situation in this building that they have yet to handle. Warning ⚠️ if you put in applications for an apartment be sure to look clearly into details and ask people when they give you the tour. Joseph will not tell you.. they will take you through the building and say everyone is comfortable here and make up a whole story about how great it is to live here. Don’t ask for maintenance on doors, walls, floors,kitchen they will tell you no it is historic and we can not replace these things.

Had to file a complaint with the state over dirty water and no heat or hot water. But yet they’re asking for money every month. Cabinets falling off hinges. Ceiling paint falling off, windows come out of their sockets and dirty sewage water leaking from ceilings. Rat and roach infested place.

Absolutely horrible experience. These individuals dont tend to any call, they lie, steal, and cheat you every chancd they get. They only care about money and harass you about every last thing. Their apartments are disgusting, infested, and down right un liveable. Find elsewhere!
