Listening to the board meeting is like going to the zoo. Not sure if any of them can talk without stumbling over their words. I was so confused and disappointed that these are our supposed decision makers.

They are crooks!!! They will control you like you live in Russia. They charged me for not returning a EXPIRED. Car sticker. When i ask them to give me the registration of the supposed car they said i had they just ignored me. There should be a class action law suit against these people. Do your homework before getting involved with this place. If not you are really stuck.

If I could give 0 stars I would !!!!!! Don’t ever ever buy a house here !!!! They lie to you and raise the HOA’S after 3 months. Then when you go to sell your place they charge you a million imaginary charges that they make up and there is nothing you can do about it Golden Rain Foundation ONLY cares about themselves not the home owners good luck getting a dime back for anything they overcharged you on escrow! So happy to be out of that money pit !!!!!!!! If I had an attorney I would sue them for ever dime we were overcharged!!!!!!!!!!!!!
