I have to say that Amanda is always very polite and respectful when she answers the phone and she is always very friendly and she always makes sure that you get the best help possible. And Giovanni has always polite and comes in and does everything he can to help with the problem. And I think that I’m one of the longest tenets in here and I need a break on my rent HA HA 🤣. Seriously I have lived here gonna be going on 19 years and you can ask Henry what kind of tenet I am he never had a problem with me ever.

Amanda is great, but I'm not truly happy here. Our rent might be lower than most of NJ, but we still pay a lot for old apartments that are not maintained well. It appears that only cosmetic things have been done to make the apartments look good for a minute. I had to wait over a month to get an exterminator in for ants in my kitchen. Around the fifth of this month I sent a ticket in bc a wind storm ripped down an outdoor gutter and my wall was visibly wet. I have not heard anything from anyone about it and the gutter is still lying on the ground next to my stoop. Where it was wet, you can that there used to be some sort of opening in the wall that appears to be taped over and then painted over, there are visible separations in some of the seams of my walls. And lastly, it's not a huge deal, but it's a pain, I wish there was assigned parking. I work all different hours, mostly nights and nothing is more frustrating than come home after midnight and can't find any parking near my apartment or feeling like a prisoner in my apartment bc if I should need to run out for something and coming back to not be able to find parking close to my apartment. I've been here almost 2 years and I'll probably be here for at least two more, but it's sad when you are not truly happy in what's supposedly your home.

I’ve been living at Spring Gardens apartments in Vineland for the last 3-4 years and they have been pretty amazing. The maintenance team responds to requests in a timely manner, they do their best to keep the complex clean and family friendly, and the office staff is always helpful with any questions or request we have especially the property manager Amanda Pando. Since taking over the complex we have seen a huge change in how they handle incidents and from time to time we are a little behind on our rent but Amanda is always understanding and tries her best to accommodate us. Thank you Amanda and the rest of the Goldcrest team in Vineland!

I have been at Meadowview for over 10 years and what a bad experience. When management changed, it went down hill. Rent increased over a hundred dollars now I’m paying over $1500. I have had to deal with mice infestation, ants and neglect of basic maintenance. The mice got so bad I had to call the board of health in because they took too long to bring in a license exterminator. The inspector also find other things that were in violation and they had to fix everything in two weeks.They had to clean the carpets, which they did but the same dirty spots came up again so they have to replace the carpet which they have refused to do because I don’t have any one to move the furniture and they won’t do it. I had mice droppings in my drawers, and all on the carpets and in the closets. I had to wash tons of clothes. So when they start showing up in my kitchen, I had to call the BOH. Also, they refuse to paint. I even ask them to give me the paint and I would do it myself and they refused.You can imagine how the walls look after ten years. They go up on rent and do absolutely nothing. The people in the office are rude and unprofessional and Makayla has lied on me twice accusing me of yelling at her when I have never disrespected her. I wouldn’t have given this company no stars but I had to give at lease 1. Hopefully I will be out of here soon.

If I make a list of the multiple problems that I have with this company I will never end… The people at work in the office managers and everyone they work like they supposed to with respect and everything that the management never do their work like they supposed to.. right now they make a hole in my apartment in December and today is February 17 and they still don’t do nothing.

I would give 0 stars if that was an option. We were originally given a move in date of July 1st - our move in date was then postponed 4 times until we ultimately canceled our move. We were told that the unit continually failed inspection. When we questioned them regarding the inspection and the appearance of new issues, we were told that inspectors look for "different things" and new inspectors were finding different issues. I called the city to confirm this information. They told me that the property managers had been made aware of the issues at the end of July. By the time we learned of this, it was almost the end of August. I would not rent with Goldcrest. Unreliable, dishonest, and the leasing office staff is incredibly rude.
