Don’t move to liberty hill in Solon. Management is useless and the area is filled with loud and inconsiderate people. Liter and trash all over the place. Everything is outdated. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Reading these comments and I must say I am so disappointed as a veteran to have moved into goldberg properties and after paying 3200$ to move in and then taken to court over late rent. Came up with the money and fees in less than 2 weeks only to be told they cant accept them as they held the money orders until the first of the next month and added more fees on. One thing im going to do is keep reciepts and emails an error was made on thier end trying to kick me out with kids 2 weeks before xmas after I paid over 4k tuhhh watch this

Me and my son attened liberty hill apartments in june now i fell.behind on rent and now owe a balance i told them i will.pay and get caught up now a baliff is coming to put me and my son out and i told them i got 1400 this week and ill pay the reminder balance next fri they told me no i gotta pay full payment. No notice or warning they email me. Crazy i would have been caught up on everything next week

Wouldn’t ever live in another complex owned by this terrible company. I hate where I have to live and can’t get out of my lease except pay for the remaining 7 months. Terrible. I was told otherwise when I came to the complex. Hate it so much and stuck….. also community transfers ? I have to be in the complex where I’m at for 30 days prior to a move out!!!? Why would I want to go to another property owned by you all… I’d have to pay an additional $500 in transfer fees? Ridiculous and not worth it. Keep in the family…. Mark my word in 7 months I’m getting the heck out of where I’m at in Ohio and never coming back to you all and this state. DO NOT RENT AT ANY PROPERTIES OWNED BY THEM. I

As a resident at Pine Ridge I wanted to pass on my appreciation for the phenomenal job Casey has done thus far. In a short time I have seen a vast improvement in cleanliness and am confident that he is the reason for the recent improvement. I believe in positive reinforcement and hope that he will be properly acknowledged for all his hard work.

If I could give zero stars I would. Disappointment after disappointment at Legacy Union Square Apartments. The management team there is the worst I've ever dealt with in my life. Issues such as extremely noisy neighbors, neighbors smoking weed, their maintenance team coming in and out my apartment AS THEY PLEASE while I'm away without me authorizing it or even having a maintenance request, them not providing a safe environment (gates constantly broken, locks on gates do not even work, car break ins, and break in at my apartment) and the list goes on! I know they cannot promise or do not even bother to provide a safe environment as that is stated in the lease. As the majority of people here have said, this company is money HUNGRY. Despite all the issues I've faced they have the audacity to continue to try to increase my rent when I pay on time, have been a great resident, and have faced all these issues and they STILL have the audacity when I asked for a way out the lease they said the only way was to pay a premium for a month-to-month. Save yourself the trouble and do not live here!!!!!! Do not deal with Goldberg Companies!

Rent increase priced me out of affordable living. So sad. Like the place but, really. RENT MTM or even 6 Mos. Over $600 increase. Plus added garage. Plus Rent+. My husband's mortgage on 4500 Sq. Ft. Home in Concord less than my 1 br, 1 bath rent.. putting me out with no where to go.

Update on 7/26/2019:
All pending issues were fixed. The on site manager was very helpful and nice, kept us updated frequently and eventually addressed all the issues. Super!

Updates on 7/12/2019:
During the past month, the onsite property manager and her team addressed almost all the issues, cleanings, fixings and replacing were done. Currently only few very minor issues left. At this stage, we are happy with the suite we are renting, we are happy with the onsite property management team as well. Will update again once everything settled.

Paying the ridiculously high rent, won't guarantee proper service. The suite was greasy gross when we moved in. Oily greasy stuff dripping from blinds and shelves and fridge and oven, ceiling light almost falling, washer has switched hot/cool water tube, mirror scratched like hell, window in bedroom has huge gaps that you can feel wind coming in and out. After almost one month, very few has been fixed. Very disappointed.
