Nobody likes the car buying process but when you find a car dealership that does it the right way with full transparency, it makes it much easier.

When we came to end of our Ascent lease, we were torn between the new Forester and the BMW SUV.

Enter Jim Sturgis. He listened to our needs, found the perfect Forester, answered all our questions and greeted us with a smile when we came in to drive and sign. Jessica also greeted us with a warm smile and made sure we had everything we needed and all our questions were answered. Jesse provided an amazing walkthrough car delivery to get all our phones connected to the car and show us all the new gadgets on the 2025 (including turning off some of the alerting features we don't like). Alex made signing the paperwork a breeze and it felt like we were in and out very fast! Unlike any car purchase we have ever had!

I recently got my first car from Gold Rush Subaru. My sales person was Jess Jasper and she was so fun to work with! I’m a high school student so our so we were looking for something older but safe and that fit the budget. She took her time to ask my parents and myself about what our needs and wants were and made sure she found us the car that not only met my needs but also my parents budget. She was kind, patient and so personable. Jim was the Customer Experience Manager and he was so caring and attentive. Highly recommend Gold Rush, ask for Jess!

I had an amazing experience at Gold Rush Subaru in Auburn, and I wouldn't go anywhere else for a new Subaru.

Jessica, my salesperson, was extremely easy to work with and very transparent in the beginning about the entire process. She was able to answer all of my questions and was pleasant to work with at the time of purchase.

Alex, the finance director, was also great to work with. He broke down in detail all of my options, and we were able to land on one that made the most sense for me.

Jesse, not only spent a solid half hour showing me all of the features of the car that I was unaware of, but also helped me transfer more items from the previous car to the new one. He was great.

These guys exceeded my expectations and made what is typically a very stressful experience, easy and pleasant.

I was pleased to experience a no-pressure, no-hassle car purchase. Mike Carlson was really exceptional. He answered every question I had and was super friendly while showing me multiple vehicles. I thought that I would do more shopping for other types of cars, but easily decided on the Forester when I saw how many of my boxes were checked, and the price was right. Working with Alex on getting all the paperwork signed was actually enjoyable - a really nice guy. I would totally recommend Gold Rush to anyone shopping for a car.

I am so happy with my new car. Our family has been going to the Gold Rush Subaru dealer for years even though we live in Roseville. The people are always so friendly and helpful. My family is always helped by Jim Sturgis. He makes sure we are always taken care of. He went out of his way looking for the exact car I wanted and called when he could offer an excellent deal on this car. We weren't in a hurry but we did have specific things we wanted. This time we went to Subaru and there was a big surprise. I couldn't believe it but it they found my new car! I got to test drive it and review all the features. Our sales person was Bill McCoy. He was patient and friendly with my parents as they worked out all the details. He even offered for us to pick up a few Subaru hats and bonuses. I have heard car buying is stressful from my other friends but this was a great experience. I love the car, it drives wonderfully. In fact our family loves Subarus, we all have them! Thank you Jim and Bill!
