I have lived here for about 2 years. I agree with a lot of people who have commented about the front desk receptionist being rude, very true. I am moving out of the apartment I live in due to bed bugs. My girlfriend and I kept our apartment extremely clean ever since we were there. So we were shocked and confused when we noticed we had bed bugs. About 3 months before we discovered the bed bugs we saw a can of bed bug spray on the porch of someone who lived in the complex. The people next to us removed there bed out of their apartment. We were absolutely sure this was a problem coming from within the building. We contacted property management and told them about the problem. They sent someone out to check for bed bugs and the guy confirmed we did have them, which we already knew. It took 5 days for me to then have to contact property management to see when they were going to send the guy back to take care of the problem. They told us we would have to get rid of our bed which was only 2 years old along with our sofa. Management was not willing to reimburse us for this inconvenience nor were they willing to give us at least one months free rent. Keep in mind I have always paid my rent and on time. Due to the fact we did not cause this problem and we were sure this was a complex issue this did not sit well with my girlfriend and I so we have decided to move. If you decide to choose on of these properties beware of bed bugs.

I'm only giving a 3 I've had some bad experiences and I won't go into I've been living in their property over a year-and-a-half always pay my rent on time and never complained.
Until a certain situation demanded that I speak up it was a health concern and their response really upset me they'd lied to my face not expecting me to ask for proof at which time they admitted they lied and seemed unconcerned if it was them or their families I'm sure they would have felt different they maintain their properties well and I'm told they're responsive to issues but don't be afraid to be assertive because these people definitely are concerned about the Health and Welfare of their tenants when it really comes down to it.

They are just ok. I gave 2 stars because I lived in a Godin Property (2018; about 9 months) located off Carson St. Lakewood/Long Beach border and they use very cheap, extremely cheap materials for carpet, toilets, fixtures they break easily after 1-2 month of use and then they tell you they will paint or fix something and they don't. Once they get you in and have your money they really don't care just like many other rental property companies in Long Beach. They are over-priced as well for what you get, super small apartments. It's just better than being homeless. But is that really living for how much of your income you give them? Sad.

Whoever is the lady who sits in the front desk & Answers the phone is RUDE!!! I hate even calling asking for something because she is NEVER helpful.

Helpful staff pick a apartment with a garage the parking is horrible... Unless you want a good workout everyday from walking. 😊
