So, everyone knows how daunting it is to find a place to live. Whether you are moving out on your own for the first time, getting back on your feet or just needing a fresh start. I know I've found myself in all three situations at least once, but anyways. When I found Glenrock, I was nervous because of being turned away by other apartment complexes in my past. However, the staff was welcoming, the property beautiful and near the bustling city of Conway, which was great as I just started college.

A few months after I moved in, my washer ended up messing up, I thought to myself, "Great. Here we go."

When I contacted management, I wasn't expecting such a quick, thoughtful and precise response. They immediately got the issue fixed, and had a great attitude about it.
Not to mention the pool and the 24/7 Gym.
Finding a place to call home, even if it's temporary, is a hard thing to do.

This place?
They make it easier.

Whoever lives in Apartment 913, you have mold in your walls and under the carpet. I lived there for a year and it literally rained in the kitchen and utility closet of my apartment 6 or 8 times from July 4 through the first week of September (and once in my bedroom closet) due to upstairs plumbing issues. They never completed repairs, and belongings in my bedroom closet suffered water damage during the last incident. The extent of the “repairs” was to remove a light bulb, tear a hole in the wet sheetrock of the ceiling in the utility closet (which was never fixed), then leaving a dehumidifier in the apartment for a month. When I moved out in November, there was mold on the walls and ceiling of the bedroom closet and utility closet, and no telling what under the carpet in my bedroom and closet. Then they had the audacity to charge me for repainting the entire apartment over 2 smudges on the wall. They claimed I would not be charged for repairs due to water damage, but they said they had to repaint the whole apartment over two spots where a chair rubbed the crappy paint on the wall. They said they couldn’t just do touch up, even though there were obvious places where painted was touched up when I moved in. They claimed I broke doors and sinks that were broken when I moved in. most of it was listed in the move-in inspection report, but apparently those get ignored. If you move in here, take pictures of every square inch and write everything down. And be aware that no matter how well you keep up the apartment or how clean you leave it, they will find a way to keep your whole deposit and charge you for something extra. And stay away from 913. Probably mold in other apartments, but I can guarantee there’s mold in that one! And roaches.

Absolutley AMAZING place to rent and even better property management. We had an excellent application and move-in experience. We have now been here for about 4 months and have ZERO complaints. The staff members in the office are always so sweet, they address any concerns or questions we have immediatley. I have lived in multiple apartments in Conway and this is by far the BEST. Clean, cared for, SAFE and professional.

Cannot recommend Glenrock enough!! Whitley, Jamie, and Jenna are so kind and helpful - apartments are fairly priced and well taken care of. Please take the not so kind reviews with a grain of salt. I've seen them go above and beyond for not just me, but others too! 5/5 Stars!!!

R U N !!! This apartment complex is EASILY one of the worst places you can live in as a resident in Conway,AR .They have shown themselves to be greedy. The epitome of money hungry, they do everything in their power to put you in a financial bind. While they are focused on, retrieving the next deposit and false charges they should be bought in on the real problems within their complex. Allow me to explain…Imagine a trash compactor that is always BROKEN, so tenants have to leave their trash outside the trashcan. In addition to a never working gate. They give you a gate card and a code that is “suppose” to let you into the gate but the code never works. If you want to have company over, your better off picking them up and taking them back home because your going to have to leave the comfort of your home to walk to the gate and let them in with your gate card. The staff is really sweet..but they too, seemed to be trained on how to get over as they act like everything is going to work in your favor then send you a bill for 900 dollars. Really 1300 dollars since they kept the 400 dollar deposit. Maintenance seems to always be working as they roll around on golf carts all day, but they haven’t shown proficiency when being able to fix things. I called for over a week to get my toilet fixed one time, after maintenance finally shows up the problem became worse. Despite maintenance failure attempts, this complex moved us in with ROACHES!! Instead of being 3 tenants there was 100! I wish I was joking…So here they are 3 months after we have moved out, CLAIMING that we had spots on our carpet that was already there in the company of the roaches. I have tried really hard to see what they could have possibly charged 900 for carpet replacement for, as I attempt to think I have come up with a big fat NOTHING as we never ate in our rooms ! We were also told during an inspection about a year ago, that we had one of the cleanest apartments that they had ever entered. IRONIC right ? While I could be here all
day expressing the audacity of this complex, If I could describe our experience in 4 words it would be easily described as “THE STAY FROM HELL”. Lastly, nothing good comes from those who try to get over and steal from their tenants. I hope that this brings wisdom to anybody considering making Glenrock their home !

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE TO ANOTHER APARTMENT COMPLEX. If you are reading this & considering making glenrock your home I beg you to PLEASE think again. They make the photos look nice, the staff is indeed sweet and the model apartment that they show everyone on tour is amazing. IT’S ALL A FRONT. There were so many roaches there when we moved in you would’ve thought they were paying the rent there and had signed a 1 year lease. We spent SO MUCH money trying to get all the roaches out and be comfortable in our home and finally succeeded (you’re welcome to the people who now live in our old apartment and don’t have to deal with roaches). They paint this nice picture with all the fancy gates (IT’S ALWAYS BROKE) , and the nice pool (that’s never open) and the nice electric house keys (THAT NEVER WORKED , I WAS LOCKED OUT OF MY HOME ONE LATE NIGHT BECAUSE I COULD NOT GET IN; NOT VERY SAFE, NOT VERY MINDFUL, NOT VERY DEMURE), but it’s not what it seems. Maintenance is a complete JOKE, pure COMEDY, we called them a month straight to fix a toilet but all they did was come put a paper clip on it and made the problem WORSE. They’re always so “busy” but all I seen them ever do was ride around on a golf cart looking LOST and stanking up the apartment when they finally did show up (after months) smelling like OUTSIDE. Oh! & let me not forget the “fancy” trash compactor that’s always BROKE that has a whole family of raccoons living in it. We made it our duty to keep a clean apartment (because we didn’t want roaches AGAIN) & make sure everything always remained the way it was when we moved in but yet and still we got a FAT bill in the mail for “repairs” that don’t even really exist (if you read other reviews you will see this isn’t their first time doing this to people). They’re absolutely money hungry and will charge you for RANDOM things just to get paid. I have a charge for carpet replacement ($960) when there was NOTHING EVER SPILT because we didn’t eat in the room because we were SCARED THE ROACHES WOULD COME BACK. It would even be different if we had animals but we did not. Good thing we took pictures of EVERYTHING when moving out because we were already warned by friends about how MONEY HUNGRY glenrock apartments is. Again, if you’re reading this, DONT DO IT, no matter how good the front office smells and how “nice” the staff is, it’s all a FRONT.

Worst apartment I have ever lived in. The maintenance is a joke. I had countless request that were ignored for weeks until I would send an email begging for my door handle that was falling off to be fixed. The pool and the trash compactor is always broken. I didn’t get to swim one time because almost every week we would get an email about it being broken. When I moved in I was told we could hang pictures with no extra cost so we could make it our home. That is a lie from the 650 dollar charge for “ minor paint and hole fixing “. Being charged over 300 dollars for an apartment that was listed as “ left in good condition “ is ridiculous. No wonder I had seen so many empty apartments. Will not suggest living here.
