Update after almost a year living at an apartment managed by GPM: Really pleased with how responsive and professional they are when it comes to maintenance requests! Never had a property manager who was this quick with sending out professionals to fix issues that come up. Just wanted to pass this info along because I think it’s important!

Edwin was very kind and supported us during every step of the renting and move in process. He is attentive and responds quickly, and makes me feel like we’re in good hands moving forward. It was / is the most positive experience we’ve had with a property management company.

This is regarding the Experience I had with GPM regarding a unit that I viewed. I scheduled the showing to view the unit after I viewed the unit, I was very interested in renting it out the minute I viewed it. I have been emailing back-and-forth responding to the automated emails you receive after you view a unit. Tried calling multiple times wanted to know how to How to proceed with the paperwork for renting the unit I never got a response back at all from Edwin, which I recall him being the one responsible for this particular Unit. Yesterday I went back to see that the unit was taken off the list. I don’t understand how people can be so unprofessional at least reply to an email so I don’t sit here and wait thinking that I will be filling out paperwork and I’m not looking for another apartment . You can email atleast email back letting me know that you rented the apartment to someone else, but didn’t even give me a chance to fill out an application after I viewed the unit. I just don’t understand if someone is already in the process of renting the unit why do you schedule for me to view the unit and then rent it out to someone else .

Apparently GPM doesn't have "common sense" either because I called and asked to confirm the price of the unit multiple times and you guys confirmed the lower price. Instead of trying to provide actual customer service to remedy the situation, you reply by insulting my intelligence. If you weren't only concerned about your online image, you definitely would've responded differently. Take care

Contacted GPM about viewing a unit today in Glendale that was listed this morning at $1,950... They told me to keep checking the link to schedule a viewing and a few hours later, the Zillow and website was listing the unit for $2,495. I even called to make sure and he confirmed it over the phone. Come on... don't bait and switch, it's just rude. 0/10

When work created a need for us to move, we decided to rent our home. Edwin and the team at Glendale Property Management were among many PM companies we called and were the most professional and responsive. That continued throughout the time we rented our home - always responsive, easy to connect with, and took care of every need quickly and effectively.
