I had a wonderful experience working with Tamara, the Leasing Specialist at this beautiful, well maintained apartment complex. I also discovered that the best way to communicate with her is by email versus the phone she was very responsive using this method. In person, Tamara is genuinely friendly, knowledgeable, and very enthusiastic.
She quickly guided me through the application process and kept me up to date on suitable vacancies. So I plan to move here this summer. Thank you, Tamara, for your timely and accurate service!

I’ve been a tenant at Glen Eyre for a couple of years now and I love it!! The apartments are very pristine and with high class appearance! Makes me want to stay home once I get home!
The maintenance staff is quick to get to issues and very helpful in all that you need. And most importantly the leasing attendant, Tamara, is so very pleasant and will definitely do all she can to keep you smiling! She is very attentive and understanding. Glen Eyre, to me, is top notch with a cherry on top!

My wife and I lived here for a year. It is a very nice and quiet complex and we never had issues with our neighbors. We stayed in a 2 bed 2 bath, it was very spacious and updated. The pricing is also very reasonable considering the prices of other complexes in the area. Tamara at the front office is so nice and helpful and gets things done quick. The maintenance lead man Nelson was also very nice and helpful as well and was always on call to help with issues no matter the time. My only reason to not rate this a 5/5 is the parking. If you have more than one vehicle, get a garage that’s my recommendation

The apartment I went to see was gorgeous! I loved the way the sun came through and the light colors definitely made the space so bright and clean! Tamara was especially helpful and didn't mind all of the questions I asked. She seemed very knowledgeable and passionate about the apartment. I also liked how she didn't make me feel pressured and ensured that I may reach out to her at any time with questions or if I need to see a different space! Overall the community is pleasant and clean!

Update so 2 weeks later, I'm settled in. I didn't do a thorough walk thru prior to moving in or do a tour. The water in the refrigerator is actually scary looking, the main bathroom shower head is corroded and there's no guests parking. Yes, there's parking spots that were made available for guests however they are always taken by tenants. It's unfortunate because you can't have guests because there's a risk they'll get towed if they park anywhere. There's other minor inconveniences but none worth mentioning. Still a peaceful and quiet development nonetheless.

Had the pleasure of working with Tamara the property manager. I am just extremely impressed how one person can handle such a large demanding property . She was being pulled left and right all while keeping a smile on her face and treating everyone with such genuine kindness. Coming from someone who also juggles tons of responsibility, Tamara is a rock star. Thank you handling everything so well with the busy schedule you have !
