Knowledgeable, fun, and gets the job done! . Ginny brought enthusiasm and expertise to the process of helping us find our new home. She paid attention to what we were most interested in, showed us options that fit our needs and has guided us through the process flawlessly.
On the flip side, she was great at helping us sell our first home as well. She understood the market and got a buyer in that was a perfect to for us ad our home, we really couldn't be more happy with how everything turned out. Thank you, Ginny!!!

She's Got What It Takes! It seems to me that we want 2 major things in a realtor: someone who knows what they are doing and someone who is available to help us throughout the selling and moving process. Ginny is that and more. She helped us get rid of furniture we did not want to move, she provided names of workers to help get the house ready, she was responsive whenever I contacted her, she priced our house appropriately. She was helpful in all ways including easy to work with! Thank you, Ginny, for facilitating the sell of our home.

I have worked with Ginny not once, not twice but three times to buy and sell homes over the years. She’s the most diligent, honest and creative realtor! She thinks of all those little things you don’t and offers so many constructive ideas. She’s also open minded to ideas you send her way. Ginny is extremely experienced in her craft. She will be there for you, she will listen to you, she will take care of you! Ginny is also a very giving person always donating to charities or donating her time simply out of the kindness of her heart. If I could give ten stars I would!
