I had the good fortune of having Christian Giles help me to renew my lease in a corporate office building recently. I have been in my location for 10 years and the lease renewal is due in October. We started in January to have a good negotiating stance and the lease is done and signed for renewal in October. I am so grateful to have had the help of Christian during this process. Christian is the best! He is professional, knowledgeable, and responsive! He worked hard for us and always had patience with us. I will always return to him for any real estate needs and he even gave us references for architects, contractors, even residential real estate that were FANTASTIC! We have been told by multiple people that we got an amazing deal on our office space lease, so we know Christian really came through for us. I can't say enough about what a great experience we had. I Met Christian at a dental meeting almost 2 years ago. He has been very professional, polite, and helpful. They treated my with greatest respect, even though I didn't know much about what I was doing with realty. Last week I purchased a building and will convert it to a dental office over the next few months. It would never have happened without Arizona Healthcare Realty. This was obviously a difficult transaction even for them, but they worked through bank demands, SBA demands, Tenant demands, Seller demands, and got me a great result. " I would highly recommend "Arizona Healthcare Realty", if you are considering a practice sale. My experience with my representative Karl Frye was outstanding. After 36 years of dentistry, I was ready for a transition into retirement, but had been told my practice, because of its smaller size, was not really "sell-able". Marissa and Karl reassured me this was not the case. Karl kept me well informed through a surprisingly hassle-free process. I felt confident he always had my best interests in mind.
