I’ve been living at Georgetown Apts for about 9 months. I really enjoy it. The neighborhood and the apartments are well taken care of. Common areas are kept clean and well maintained during the winter. Maintenance requests are handled very fast, same day or next business day. José and Henry are great at what they do. Highly recommended.

Move in process was smooth. I was relocating and Berna was very helpful and sent me pictures/videos of the apartment. She’s very friendly and answered all my questions. I am just moving here but so far community is very calm, nice, and quiet (not including my upstairs neighbors 😆). Plenty of parking spaces available as well as a visitors parking lot which is nice. My 1 bdrm is very spacious with a washer and dryer and a dishwasher that works well. All of my appliances are stainless steel and the apartment came with to the microwave which is great. Moving in went smoothly and they even brought some of my packages inside since they arrived early 🙂

After a year of living at Georgetown Apartments, I can confidently say this place is a gem! The management team is outstanding, with Berna, the Property Manager, leading the charge. Berna is incredibly professional, organized, and approachable. From the moment I moved in, she made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Whether it’s answering questions, resolving concerns, or just ensuring everything runs like clockwork, Berna’s attention to detail and commitment to the residents truly stand out.

The maintenance team is equally exceptional, especially Jose. He’s always quick to respond, incredibly skilled, and goes above and beyond to ensure that everything is in perfect working order. His dedication and friendly attitude make living here even better.

Between Berna’s top-notch management and Jose’s outstanding maintenance work, Georgetown Apartments feels more like a home than just a place to live. I’m so grateful to be part of such a well-run and well-cared-for community.

I must say the staff, grounds crew and Jose the "Maintenance Manager" here are excellent ! I never lived in a community prior in life and always in a house. So I was a little nervous, Well, let me add that the grounds ALL YEAR ROUND are very well kept, safe, and any time I have had a need or repair for apartment Jose has always been here with staff within 24hrs although they have 72 hours ..the staff here and living conditions are very good for family and children also. Berna is the office Manager and very reliable and professional. Thank you Berna & Jose!

I’ve lived at Georgetown Apts. for over 4 years and couldn’t be happier. I first noticed how well the property is maintained. Whatever the season, the grounds are kept clean, such as snow removal, which is done quickly and thoroughly. Safety is a priority and I appreciate that every front door and the windows in the back of each unit are brightly lit. Management keeps residents informed of all issues via emails and other notices. Lastly, the front desk manager Berna is extremely pleasant and professional. My cell phone mistakenly dialed the front desk and hung up. Berna called back saying she noticed I called and how could she help. Who does that? Apparently Georgetown Apartments does!

Maintenance workers, Jose & Henry, arrived at my apartment at the time they said they were coming. They worked efficiently while installing my new sink. Very courteous and professional. Love my sink! 10/10 🙂

This is evidence of tunneling damage from an insect. The apartment claims these are flying ants even though they look identical to termites. The apartment does not take our concerns seriously. The superintendent- in particular-twists what we say to minimize our claims. Called us Chinos when we are not Chinese. Rent at your own risk.

They threw out my expensive flower pots worth almost $100. Extremely heartless management. They wanted to clear away the pots, but they should at least put the pots on the porch or ring the door bell before throwing it out. This is what is wrong with society. They don’t care about the tenants and other people- just money. One of the pots I got from upstate NY and had fond memories of and now it’s gone. I am extremely disappointed in both the management and the workers- will not be renewing my lease and discourage others from signing.

Maintenance professional Jose is amazing. Recently my AC unit was causing my apartment to be very drafty/cold, so when submitted my maintenance slip Jose and his colleague came that same day. They placed insulation tape around my AC unit which is now helping to keep my apartment warm. They saved me a trip to Home Depot.
