My husband and I bought our first home with the help from Gen. She helped us figure out what kind of home we were looking for and we ended up going with a new build. She stayed in contact with us and she would check up on us while we waited for the home to be built. We live in a different state but that didn't cause any issue with our communication. She was always available and was always there to answer our questions. She helped us by going to communities to check out for us and facetimed with us as well. She checked in on us to see if we saw the emails that came through when there was a drawing that was happening for the home and answering any questions we may have had during the whole process.
