Their prompt attention to maintenance issues, clear communication, and dedication to maintaining a positive living environment have been greatly appreciated over the years.

As a Board Member I have been in direct contact with Shelby Evans and Perry Inganamort, our Property Managers, and we have always relied on their expertise and advice on all matters to provide a well-maintained community.

Their assistance in helping us with our recent deck and siding renovation project from start to finish has been invaluable. They have both worked tirelessly and had a daunting task to ensure that this project would come to fruition, for which we are very appreciative and so happy with the end result.

We appreciate their professionalism and responsiveness in handling all property management matters. The last year hasn’t been easy patiently managing phone calls, complaints and requests.

The buyer had several questions on the association documents as well as potential assessments or fees. This is a hit and miss Company. They’re very helpful until you sign a contract with them. I,as “ president” long size with the VP of the HOA have been doing the majority of what they’re being paid to do (1200 for 20 units!) . The last straw was a $45,000 estimate that’s 45 followed with three zeros to pinpoint 450 ft.² I found a contractor that would do it for 6000. it’s been a month and they’re refusing to give him a deposit. They stonewall any project that we have because they’re out of their minds with the amount their contractor charges so when I find someone that’s reputable and give me a reasonable price, they refuse to pay. And I mean, I found every contractor, including pest control, cleaning company, plumbers! all I have found and work well with on my own. Yet they refused to pay regularly .Even security cameras. Nick, the PM, Refused to give us quotes, and when he finally did he verbally told us it’s going to cost 20 grand to put six cameras up! I was able to install 18 for about 8 grand.! It took Nick months to pay the security guy simply because he did not get a cut. But of course, Nick would come up with a “valid reason “to hold the check,. Now for that pinpointing job, Nick is being childish holding back the deposit. No one has answered the phone when I call nor return any of my emails,text messages or calls.. they told us it would be done last week. The contractor is still waiting for the deposit and he has been going to their offices. Every time they put a new pretense. This is very sad because it was their reputation and the way they manage the property where my mother lives that I saw them out.. I’m beginning to see that it’s not the company but the property manager you get. I’ve asked several times to change property managers. they refused. even if they give you the option on the contract it’s not credible. Sad to see how they treat peoples investment and homes.
