This company is horrible they do not deserve even a 1 star rating. I reside in the Trellis at Lees Mill and will be taking the next steps with breaking my lease. I have a major leak in the apartment. No one was on emergency standby nor did anyone from the office reach out!! Never get a place with this company they are pathetic and useless when it comes to helping their tenants

Chase on Monroe owned by geller is completely awful. Property management is never available and when I left my name and number for a call back and didn't get one, the receptionist told me the property manager left immediately after being told I was waiting for a call back. Property has two full swimming pools and out of the three years I was here only one pool was open for a month at the end of summer 2023. They sat stagnant the rest of the time. Gym equipment is locked up even though functional. All the amenities are still listed despite them being FICTIONAL. Maintenence requests take weeks if you can even get in contact with anybody and sometimes you have to put in a maintenance request multiple times for the same issue. PLEASE AVOID

Management needs to be investigated immediately. Very disturbing developments witnessed at meadow ridge apartments in norwich Connecticut. Illegal activity runs rampant here.

I have been trying to get ahold of the NC regional manager to discuss getting out of my lease. I keep getting the run around and told that she manages multiple properties. I understand that but I should not have to wait a week to get in touch with her. Especially when I am having issues with my apartment that are extremely disturbing my right to a quiet environment.

I would not prefer these properties to anyone I was staying at chase on monroe properties in May and was put out by Aug because of the neighbor across from us went to cooperate and complained on my boyfriend saying that he was walking by there door saying things about them how could you really put someone out for such a thing also the pool has not been open since we been here and they went thru 5 maintenance guys in two months the owner of the properties us not understanding and everything in our apartment is falling apart at first things was okay but now it's became a nightmare and for me to have travel 200 miles it was not worth it I regret my decision

Management and maintenance staff really inattentive and ineffective. Issues aren't addressed professionally, timely or appropriately. Many issues neglected and unresolved. Experienced cockroaches and mice, a flooded kitchen, an ongoing plugged toilet, a disgusting stove top, loud dripping sound in bedroom wall, broken bedroom window screen, trash overflowing all over the ground around dumpsters with rodents observed. Given a used and stained toilet and seat. Formica swollen and separated from kitchen counter. A suburban slum.

Why doesn’t anyone ever answer the phone or call you back. Is there another number that I can call because one of your properties stole my security deposit also they’ve been stealing money from the property.
