Zero stars it was absolutely ? biggest mistake of my life don't know what Matthew you met but it's not very professional to have someone want to put their beer in the freezer 1st time meeting then bring a 5th of whiskey in your house to go with coffee then want to drive you after drinking to sign paperwork at the title company I had to try and get EVERYTHING done by myself due to my husband falling ill and ended up losing everything in my house along with my house and they didn't even care I had stuff on my back patio to take asked that nobody touched it went to get it abd it was all thrown away letting people dig through my stuff and take my belongings on top of that I lost 6 k because we decided to leave back to Ohio and asked for a payout instead of having less then 300 a month deposited in our bank account which was already closed because we were leaving state I feel disrespected because of my belongings including all our clothes and very very old family airlooms hope whoever took my stuff enjoys it all through this time we spoke to Gary once and met him once and that was 2 days ago I actually got to meet him and when I told him how I felt about my belongings he acted like ge didn't even care but that's ok im getting a lawyer cause all my furniture and everything was taken away from me and I feel they had no right not only that it stormed and rained for 3 to 5 days while I alone a 50 yr old was trying to move really hard to move in the rain and I was not given any xtra time in the agreement it was 30 to 45 days and they made sure we were out in 30 days and the communication really sucked I will or would not ever recommend this definitely should have done a reverse mortgage would have been way better off everyone whose in this business is always out to screw someone over I will regret this till the day I die !! Thank you Gary really appreciated losing all my stuff ? and thank you for showing how you really appreciate your customers

There's not one thing I can say bad about Gary and his team. We felt so stuck with our house and its problems that we couldn't afford to address. When we first bought it "as is", we were optimistic. That lasted for a month due to a flooring/tile contractor that literally took $10,000 from us and never came back. So, needless to say, we were very, very upset at such an expensive lesson. It's so easy to get ripped off by people and businesses these days. I basically gave up any hope of making my house a home that we wanted to live in. So, I started checking into House buying companies. I had seen Gary buys houses ads on TV and finally gave them a call. I wanted to see if they were legit. Believe me, I was looking for "the catch" or small print that would shut down selling my house this way. All we got from Gary is a truly great experience. He is as honest as the day is long. All of his team we're very helpful and professional. They cared and listened and we very patent with us. They went out of they're way to help us out and we are forever grateful. So, if you are looking to sell your house don't waste your time calling anyone else. I PROMISE YOU WON'T REGRET IT. They deserve 10 stars. I don't know if you can respond to my post with a question but if you can, your welcome to respond and I will reiterate what I'm saying now. Sorry for such a long post, I just wanted to give you guys something more than five stars.!

Matthew went above and beyond! The whole experience felt genuine and was better than we could've asked for. Quick responses, no pressure, and no low ball offer or just chasing a sale. He was super transparent with the whole process, took his time explaining all the details, and offered a fair price. My family and I are grateful for the time and effort put in to assist us, and we'd absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking to sell their home.
