Apartments are nice and spacious. Kona; in the leasing office is wonderful, professional, kind, patient and understanding. She always goes beyond your expectations to help. She is willing to assist and any issue brought up is quickly resolved !! All the stars to KONA!! You do a GREAT job !!

1 word DELAPIDATED whole complex needs to be torn down rigged and raggedy as hell the best part about the apts is the lawn care maintenance requests are never done and the complex is full of rats ?

I moved to this property in November of 2019 and I absolutely love it! The staff is fantastic, the property stays clean and I don’t have to wait long for maintenance requests to be fulfilled. The community is nice, quiet and safe. You will not be disappointed if you decide to move here. You can literally talk to any member of the staff and they will assist you.

When my husband and I first started looking for a new apartment we came here because we heard great reviews, but when we got here it was beyond our expectations. Kanisha and Kayla really made us feel like we can make this into a home, found an apartment fit for us, and we’re so happy! We’ve been living here since October, it’s definitely better than living in Mississippi!

I moved into a new apartment after complaining about water damage in the last one. I get to the new apartment a month after I was told i'd be able to. Only to get into the new apartment with No working oven (no way to cook food at home). I also have no water as the pipes in the wall are busted and they have been aware of the issue for 16 days. So 16 days no water and 16 days with no oven. When trying to call the "home"office I get a voice mail and no return calls. I have started talking to a lawyer..

I moved here a month ago and Kayla is exceptional! I love living here, I get over and beyond service and customer service. Dre is a wonderful maintenance man and handles all my maintenance request quickly! I don’t have one complaint. I’m so grateful for them and I highly suggest living here. Very quite neighborhood, very friendly. Also great positive energy.

I just recently relocated to Alabama and I experienced such a pleasant yet professional experience with Ms.K.Hicks @Live Garret Woods Apartments leasing manager she is not only helpful but very outgoing every question she answered and she was there to help me become a resident of the state of Alabama and make my experience here the best it could be.
The apartment complex is clean and the apartments are up to date, nice ,different but adequate for the price and also very safe.
Ms.Hicks is very exceptional and excellent staff Mr. Johnny and Dre are very helpful and quick to ensure your requests are heard.

These apartments are a nightmare… and it’s the front desk staff that makes it horrible. They applied my payment to someone else’s apartment and tried to take me to court, but they dismissed the case cause they gave me keys without a lease being signed. They couldn’t find the lease I signed when asked… they was a nightmare
