Karen Kozak was the absolute worst leasing agent I have ever worked with. A walk through was to be completed two weeks prior to move in date in order to address any issues. However we did not complete ours until the day we were scheduled to move in, which was when we discovered there was no hot water. The house smelled like cigarettes and garbage was in the bathroom and kitchen sink from our original walk through a month prior. The grass was approximately a foot and a half high as well. Her Her suggestion was to move in through the garage to avoid tripping (the garage did not attach directly to
the house but to the basement which means we would have had to take our furniture Down a flight of steps and up two). She made this entire ordeal unbearable and her lack of empathy towards the entire situation was abhorrent. I hope no one goes through what my family and I had to.
