Afternoon retirement luncheon, approx 20 people. Food was excellent although it took well over an hour to put (pre ordered) buffet of 4 choices out. Service was not that good. The server was very pleasant but I think she was also covering the bar and downstairs and wasn’t readily available to check on us (water refill, no utensils for dessert)

Unprofessional and miserable customer service. I get anxiety each time I have to deal with any employee there. It's like they hate their jobs. Never friendly and act like they're doing you a favor by doing their job. Maybe teach some customer service. As Realtors we already deal with so much throughout our day. A little friendliness goes a long way but you won't get that here.

The man in the tech support is very rude! I usually call people gentleman or lady, this guy is not! For years, every times when I called, he said "who are you?" I told him I am a member of GSMLS and explained I ran search and got zero result! He disconnected the line!! Wrong person on the job!!

Worst MLS in New Jersey. Shameful organization that is only interested in collecting fees and re-invests little to nothing back into MLS services. GSMLS is outdated. It's a disservice to us REALTORS who are forced to use 3rd party services to obtain information that GSMLS does not provide. Compare GSMLS to NJMLS or CJMLS - night & day difference. Why doesn't GSMLS provide basic features, such as a 'watch' list to monitor a listing's status changes? Why is the tax data so lousy / where is the interior square footage data? Why is there no add-on services that integrate basic features that all REALTORS need such as e-Signing? The staff at GSMLS know this and they are kind, yet the heads of this organization are as outdated as the MLS services and need to be replaced or put out of business. Stop pocketing our fees and offering nothing in return!!

Antiquated IP tech and a flimsy internal server structure. Can't even log in on a Sunday to print open house flyers. Amateurish.
