Matthew Mzhen - Building manager is terrible at his job. Lacks knowledge and people skills. I rent a unit that is managed by this company. Our fan for the heating and cooling has been stuck since May 2024. Matthew was notified over email and in person after several months of no action. Last week he ensured he would come by and check the issue out. We waited for about 3 hours for him not to show and then later after catching him at his office, said he was getting a HVAC person in . After failing to get someone in we noticed the issue was getting worse. Today I went to follow up with him and he again had a list of excuses. Rather than finding a solution , Matthew folded up and got defensive since he could not handle an adult conversation. Your the building manager, people are going to come to with issues, if you can't handle being questioned you should consider a different line of work. Every person in this building knows how terrible you are at your job and your lack of RESPECT for tenants. Stay clear from using or staying anywhere this company manages. If you look deeper you'll see this company keeps changing its google page to hide all the bad ratings.

Renters beware!!! The management company is absolutely as bad as everyone says to both tenants and visitors. Extremely lazy attitude and rude. Business owners do not deal with this property management company under any circumstances they are extremely unprofessional and never get back to people. They will tie you up for months with false promises and at the end they deliver absolutely zero. If you value your business do not bother dealing with these guys. They said our application was approved and after going back and forth for months with them to obtain a lease they never got back to us or even bothered to answer their phones. They simply can not get things done. Specifically Christie and Mike from leasing are the most unprofessional property managers I have ever come across and Ive owned a business for 15 years and my father for 47years. They don’t answer the phone or return messages and act like you’re bothering them just to do simple business. Horrendous experience.

writing about there properties in Old Bridge NJ off Rte 9 where Kohls and the powerhouse gym is. They do not take responsibility for there properties. Parking lots are disgusting, no sweepers, called them several times and complained and asked to resolve this issue and nothing. They were very rude and could care less. Contacted the township and filed a formal complaint was told they would take care of it and never does. This has been going on for over a year now. Why rent from a company that has no pride in there properties and lots look like filth, who would want to come to your business. This area is horrible looking and they don't care. Go somewhere else.

You need to be responsible and fix your property! Your tenants requested multiple times and you ignored them. I did not see the damaged turtarrier when i parked and and it ripped my tire when i puled out of the parking spot. I filed a police report and I hope that you will take responsibility and immediate action to fix this.
