Worst rental experience ever.
Didn't get notice when unit was visited.
Didn't get notice when workers were sent to my unit to service it.

The garage with my unit was in my lease, but for some reason Garden Brook had informed me that I was not allowed to use use the garage.

There was a maintence guy presumably who worked for Garden Brook realty who'd come unannounced to my unit and pick UNPROVOKED verbal confrentations with me and my wife.

A Garden Brook realty employee also had called my wife and I making false acusations of using "racial slurs" to a worker who had been sent our unit to service something without given notice.

We had problems with Garden Brook realty from day one and would not advise anybody renting to use their services.

The online rent portal was incredibly useful and also made communication easy; I work a lot and very strange hours so this was insanely important to me.
