I rented from Garden Brook Realty for two years. I had had poor experiences with other rental companies in the area previously, but Garden Brook was incredibly easy to work with. They were reliable, tech-savvy (the online rent portal was amazing), and timely with any issues I had. They were very respectful of my space and always communicated their needs very clearly.

Heavy handed with their rules….not in any way are these people community minded or good for our little town, sadly. They are gentrifying Prescott as we speak, making it impossible to rent but even past that, their late fee schedule is positively draconian (or opportunistic)

Service, service, service! Dede and Garden Brook Realty's staff guided us through the buying and escrow process we had with a difficult seller. Dede's spirit and hustle and knowledge were incomparable! My wife and I were happy beyond expectation with the wonderful home we purchased and Garden Brook's expertise in buying it. If there were 6 stars to give, we'd give them!

We recently listed and sold our home through Garden Brook Realty. The experience was unbelievable! Over the years we have purchased and sold 9 other homes and none of the realty services were comparable to Garden Brook Realty. DeDe Erceg was our listing agent and broker with Lauren Lessard assisting. From the initial interview through final closure they were both personable and professional and they ensured our interests were protected at all times. How were they different? A professional photographer was contracted (included drone photos of the property) and photos were proofed and retaken as necessary to ensure our home was accurately presented; our home was listed in multiple MLS services, and they featured our home in 2 local newspapers and in the regional Homes publication; they held multiple open house events and hosted a realtor tour; their communications with us was always comprehensive and timely – never did we have to wait for a return call; our move was out-of-state and they referred us to a realtor to represent us in our home search.

Beware if you use this company. I rented from them for 8 weeks and lost $2000 of my deposit for supposed damages ... I was not able to look at these 'damages' and had no recourse ... they had my deposit $$$ and I had no say in the matter... would not use them unless you get it in writing that they have to notify you about any issues which would result in deductions from your deposit
