I had the pleasure of being one of Greg’s tenants for 3 years. Greg was always very responsive and helpful with anything we needed, very respectful of our privacy and very easy going about living in the house with the understanding we were taking care of it. My move our process could not have gone smoother as well with his help. Greg is very thorough about who he rents to but that understandable and very necessary to ensure his properties are well taken care of. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking to rent or buy.

I had the pleasure of meeting ,one of the owners, and then renting one of Gannon Properties apartments in Prescott Valley. They were an answer to prayer as I had to move very quickly from North Caroline to Prescott Valley for a job and did not have the time to find an apartment before starting my drive west. Once finding and contacting Gannon Properties their replies to my interest was prompt and I was able to set up a meeting with them, tour the apartment, complete the applications and move in, in the span of three days without any major problems.
My new home for a year was conveniently located to two grocery stores, restaurants and retail stores.
As property managers they where very easy to communicate with and would also reply to my messages less than 48 hours late and most times than not, they responded within the hour to my messages. When it came to an issue within or on the property they also responded quickly and dealt with the issue within the week.
This was the easiest and most pleasurable experience working with a rental company and they would be the first company I would go to if I ever move to an area where they are renting properties. I would give them ten stars if I could because they where more than understanding when I had to unfortunately to relocate earlier than expected.
It was such a relief to live at a place where I knew I could reach my landlords and know that they, one, genuinely care and two could be reached easily, and last but surely not least, I know that I will get a response in a very timely fashion to any and all inquiries that I had, it really set my mind at ease.
Almost forgot, about my proximity to great must fo hiking trails.

I recommend Gannon Properties, I was a college student and going through the rental process they made it easy to understand and left clear instructions through the emails. They were able to let us lease out the house for 3 years which was very helpful. If we had any questions about the house, they would be quick to respond. When moving out, it was a very simple process. If your looking for an agent go to Gannon Properties!

Completely unprofessional when answering the phone. We Looked up a house to rent on Zillow and gave them a call since the house was attractive, we were berated and belittled because we didn’t take the time to click on “read more” when we wanted information via telephone communication. (On the very last line of 4 paragraphs it said no calls, thanks)
Greg ranted over how he “exactly why he won’t rent to people like us due to inattention to details and lack of awareness”. It was a mistake, how about some understanding?
Overall unsatisfied and pretty upset with the way he talked to us.
