I have had an amazing experience with the staff at Gabrielle Run in Toms River, NJ, since moving here last year. From the moment I moved in, they’ve gone above and beyond to make us “feel at home.” The team here including Kim, Chris,Samantha, Jeff and the rest go out of their way to assist and organize fun activities or respond to emergent inquiries. If you’re looking for a great place to live, I highly recommend Gabrielle Run!

We have lived at here for quite a while and I have to say Jeff is the best maintenance man ever. He works very hard and goes above and beyond. We really really really appreciate him here.
On another note we also adore Samantha she does the best brunches ever. She's also one of my favorite human beings. We are so happy to have a here.

Samantha is very professional and accommodating . Her Sunday brunches are the best she is very detailed oriented and always pleasant . Jeff from maintenance department is also so helpful, professional and if there is an issue with anything in your home he is quick to respond. He needs a vehicle to get around .

I toured with Samantha, and she was amazing. I highly would recommend contacting her for touring. She was professional, informational and very detail oriented! I won’t be moving in until 2026, but will definitely stay in contact with Samantha!

Your maintenance man Jeff was very professional very kind. He was here for about 10 minutes after I called the alarm had been going off since 5 o’clock this morning. I didn’t really hear, but the dog was barking. And I couldn’t understand why because my hearing is getting bad then I heard it going beep beep beep, and I felt bad for the people upstairs. I am so happy he came and even had to rewire the second one put the one in the living room and the one in the hallway now Fixed the battery, but I needed a new one. He was very Thorough and showed compassion. And he loved my Molly. That’s my Maltese. It’s a pleasure to have people around that are not Afraid of dogs.

Lived here for over 2 years, amazing luxurious apartments, maintenance is always on top of things, KIM always goes above and beyond to do what she can to make it feel like home. Could not be more pleased with the community.

Property is well kept and amenities on it are good except they have lifeguards for the pool who have to take a a break every hr and now we dont want to go swimming. Excellent service from maintenance whom we seem to call a couple times a month. The appliances are all from whirlpool, which do not work well. We Do Not have a garbage disposal. Our food, beverages on the refrigerator side are constantly getting frozen. We called twice about it, after maintenance came we were basically told not to stock the refrigerator. Our request for a new one was denied. Limited parking space on the property is also an issue.

I have been at Gabrielle Run for a year and a half now. Very nice place to live with lots of amenities. Samantha in the office does an outstanding job with anyones questions or concerns and is always happy to help!
