This is one of the best property management companies we have rented from. They have always been receptive to our needs and concerns. The property is affordable, clean, safe, and well-maintained. In particular I have to mention the on-site manager. She is courteous, helpful, and very professional.

I moved after living here (4465 Le Park) for 23 yrs. last month (June 2024) and G J property management charged me for cleaning the same counter tops I had when I first moved in and for dust on the walls. I have never had any updates done to my apartment in the 23 yrs. I was there (same carpet/kitchen fixture etc.) except for my bathroom ONLY due to a hole in the ceiling from a major leak from the upstairs tenant at the time. This caused the entire hallway leading to the bathroom to have part of the carpet removed. I have had my entire kitchen/toilet flood due to poor plumbing on several occasions. The laundry facility they provide now have smaller washers at a charge of $2.50 to wash and $2.00 to dry...and they are always broken with water sometime sitting in the washer for a month before finally being fixed. The rent has steadily gone up which is to be expected but not when fixtures etc. are still dated and old from 23yrs ago. Howard who replaced Susan may be more competent as an apt Mgr...

Read the reviews prior to moving in so I figured I was up for some difficulties getting my security deposit back. For this reason I documented the entire apartment before moving in and right before handing back the keys. When I moved out I'd only left 7-8 small TACK SIZE holes in the walls (no painting or scruffs) that I was told I didn't need to fill in. And the apartment just as clean as I had received it. GJ charged me $300!! for "painting" and $100 for "cleaning". Keep in mind, I'd only lived in this apartment for 6 months. Had to threaten to take them to small claims court in order to receive the $300 back for the painting - the $100 for cleaning I just let go since the process to get back the $300 took two months. It's a real shame too because I really enjoyed the apartment and my property manager, however, beware of this management company! They will try to scam you so if you choose to go with them, be prepared.

scumbag thieves! they keep your application fee, and refuse to give you a receipt. call the office and they will swear and hang up on you.

Has had the same issue as John. Plus allowing other residents to influence decisions. Very unfriendly when trying to solve a issue. Over all not very professional.
