bad experience. stood around waiting to look at a studio. 2 reps from FPM a no show. later i scrolled through my emails & i did find an email that the showing was cancelled but it was tagged on older emails sent by FPM. no showing in regular email area & they said good luck in your search. wait a minute. i sent sensitive information to FPM. does this place gather information on tenants and then what? i want my information removed. alert banks, credit unions and credit cards for any suspicious activity.

If you want your property to be a hostage of a tenant then hire Matthew and Future Property Management to manage your property.
Matthew brought in a tenant for our property that did not had a good background and he did not reveal the truth about the tenant and their background with us. The tenant was not good on papers, false review from previous landlord was shared with us for the tenant.
He will leave you as a landlord in a condition where you will always be in a loss.
This property Management and Matthew are not landlords representative, but a tenants confidants.
I would not recommend this property management.

Matthew is very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt in returning messages and calls when I was looking at a rental property in Sutter Creek, CA in February 2023. He processed my application promptly and was able to schedule my move in date on my birthday March 10th as I'd hoped for! I'm enjoying my new place immensely! Thank you Matthew!
