Our condo was #7240 at Canyon View in the Ventana Canyon area. Unfortunately, it was in need of a good cleaning. We were greeted our first morning to dirty dishes in the cupboards; didn't really want to spend vacation doing someone else's dishes. There was also a broken lampshade, and a hole in the wall in the kitchen! Don't try using the fireplace - there is no reason to expect it is safe. (Our Solterra agent just said no one uses it anyway.) Also, there's no recycling in the complex, despite information to the contrary in the welcome packet. The whole place was a little shabby, and at $1000//week, we expected more.

Solterra Vacation Rentals manages my vacation rental property located in Racho SinVacas. I own several rental properties and have worked with many property managers for the last 20 years. I can say without hesitation that Kimber is the best Property Manager that I have ever worked with. Kimber's customer service for renters and owners is over the top. She responds quickly to any inquiry seemingly 7x24. She is laser-focused on making the experience for every guest a high priority which results in renters who are repeat customers every year. She personally pre-views all rentals before a guest arrives to make sure everything is in tip-top shape. She does not impose tick tacky charges and is very prompt in distributing funds. She recently shined during COVID and the BigHorn fire going above and beyond and keeping visitors and owners safe and well informed.

We had a great experience renting a Vistoso Casita for 3 months while we were buying a home in Oro Valley. The pre-rental questions were answered thoroughly by Kimber, the unit was exceptionally clean upon arrival, and Kimber continued to promptly answer any questions we had after arrival. I would highly recommend Solterra Vacation Rentals!
