Would highly recommend living here. The apartments are updated and spacious. My closet is massive! Grounds are kept very clean, and the amenities are very convenient. Having a little gym & dog park are big pluses, and the pool in the summer is awesome. It is extremely quiet and safe. All the neighbors have been very friendly and respectful. The maintenance crew is very quick to respond and take any concerns seriously. I never have to worry about shoveling, trash pickup, changing filters, etc. It's so effortless. The ladies in the office are extremely friendly, helpful and have always been extremely patient in making sure all my questions are answered. They also regularly send out emails to residents alerting them to any pertinent info and they offer events throughout the year (Halloween contests, BBQs, neighborhood socials, etc.). Shoutout to Katie for always responding so quickly and making me feel so welcome here 🙂

In the 5 months I've lived in Willowyck. I have been impressed by the management, (especially Katie) their responsiveness and their friendly manner. They really show they care about the property and its residents. The maintenance staff has helped me on several occasions, always doing a thorough job and being quick to respond. Finally, it is great to be able to have my dogs welcome here. They love the dog park.

I moved here in the middle of September. I’ve lived in apartment complex’s much larger than this with such a smaller feeling of community that I have felt moving here. Every person From maintenance, staff and the leasing office are transparent nice and communicative if I need anything it’s simply a email or phone call away and they get back to me quick and timely as well as maintenance should you ever need them. With all that said I love it here and plan on staying for many more years at maple grand!

One of the things I love most about Willowyck is that they strive to keep the trees and shrubbery on the property. So many other places just don't have room or cut everything down so they do not have to care for it. The Willowyck property is like a park.
The staff is also extremely responsive and helpful. The senior property manager, Katie Lilick is extraordinarily efficient.

I love living at the Willowyck Apartments by FRG 🙂

I’m actually going on my 5th year here and genuinely love it. I feel so safe walking my dog and the pool is THE BEST in the summer time. Air conditioning runs amazing too and the apartments are nicely updated.

Katie Lilick is the best and she always helps me whenever I need it!!
