Their beautifully designed condominium is an absolute gem—cozy yet spacious, impeccably clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Every detail reflects their care and dedication, making it a truly special place.

If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would! I wholeheartedly recommend this wonderful space to anyone looking for the perfect stay.

Sandy and her family were undoubtedly the best host I’ve ever stayed with! I’ve travelled a lot since a very young age and her kindness and caring attitude was absolutely exceptional. The place is very clean and well decorated. You can find every possible details that you might need as a guest in all the rooms such as the bathroom, living room and the kitchen. She’s also very generous and responsive and will provide you with whatever she can. I was also staying with my pet bunny which she was very happy to host as well. I’m really grateful for my awesome stay and her support and she will definitely stay a very dear friend to me!

My husband & I feel as though this condo has become our favorite home away from home, each & every time that we have returned. From our very first visit we fell in love with this home & with our host, Sandy. Sandy is truly the most phenomenal & the most accommodating host. After our very first 2 week stay, in May, several years ago, we have returned multiple times in May, September, over Christmas, & in June & July. We have family that live near to this condo, & they absolutely love visiting us here.

My hubby & I really appreciate the fully stocked kitchen with everything we could possibly need. There is an abundance of special amenities in the kitchen, as well as in both the guest bath & the master bath. We often enjoy eating, & lounging on the lovely patio. Directly across, from the front of the condo, is the gorgeous swimming pool, that we always enjoy using during our summer & our fall visits. We also enjoy taking afternoon walks along the many beautiful trails, as this condo is located in such a beautiful area. It is just a short drive to the picturesque Laguna Beach, that we always enjoy visiting. We also enjoy visiting many of our other favorite destinations, such as Dana Point, San Clemente, Balboa Island, Huntington Beach, & Newport Beach, which are each a fun & scenic drive from this Laguna Hills condo.

After a fun filled day, we always enjoy returning to this beautiful home away from home, where we can enjoy popping popcorn, making a snack, or fixing a meal, in the fully stocked kitchen. We also enjoy curling up on the cozy couch, to watch a movie together. We could not imagine a more friendly or more accommodating host, than Sandy, or a lovelier home, in a more perfect location, to build fun memories, with our own dear family. 🌴🌊☀️ Rhody & Dennie

The house was a perfect refuge from the fires of LA. Super clean and well appointed and very comfortable for us, our infant son and our two little dogs. Sandy was more than accommodating and helpful, and we couldn't have asked for a better stay. A great jumping off point as well for Disney and the beaches, though we weren't coming for those this trip. Highly recommend!!!

Great simple little place with all of the amenities needed for a fabulous 2 months! You can see the ocean and hear the waves crash during the night! The owners were quick to respond when we had AC issues and resolved the problem going above and beyond! A 5 minute walk to the beautiful Heisler Park and beaches. A quick walk to town and Whole Foods market. We will return!

Having stayed at nine airbnbs, I rank this experience the best thus far. We reserved one of Sandy's properties and were due to check in at 4. Since we have an 8 month old, she allowed us to temporarily stay at one of her many other properties. This one is in Lake Forest. I've lived in this area since 1997 and have never been in this neighborhood. It's amazing! I'd literally buy this house for my family.
So I contacted Sandy and asked if we could move to this home instead during our stay. She obliged, thankfully!
When one stays at an airbnb, they want to feel like they're on vacation, yet have everything you need in a super comfortable home.
This is not just a house. It feels like home. Well-decorated, updated, totally STOCKED, and ready for a long-term stay. There's a dog door, even batteries in the kitchen, and a jacuzzi out back, too! Every need is covered, and some.
Very comfortable bed! Huge and I mean huge deck off of the upstairs master. Mountain views with birds chirping. There's an office downstairs that's actually a master.
Anytime I'm staying in Orange County, I will only stay at one of Sandy's places! Her beach properties look amazing.
Aside from her home being spot-on, her hospitality and kindness to shift homes for us, she's a really cool lady whom I got along with quite well.
I strongly suggest staying at one of her homes!

The house was exactly as pictured and described. Beautiful house, nice sized pool with a deep end, they really have everything you could need! Nice neighborhood and Garage parking was a plus. Host and team are responsive and helpful

Home was exactly as pictured and went beyond our expectations! The hosts: Sandy and Terry were very pleasant, responsive and accommodating from pre-booking questions we had, checking in with us during the stay to ensure everything was going well and checkout. Provided clear notes (ex. gardener schedule, pool info, etc.) prior to our stay which was helpful and personalized welcome message made us feel at home. The home: Clean with comfortable beds and the overall design of the home (3 of the bedrooms together, kitchen centered and one available larger room on the opposite side for more privacy) was perfect. Well equipped kitchen with lots of grocery store and eating options nearby. The A/C was easy to operate but the natural breeze that went throughout the house didn’t make it necessary to operate it very much. Garage parking was great and the neighborhood was very quiet. Large pool was clean and outside area had ample seating options. Great experience overall, highly recommend!
