From the moment I walked in, Eugene took really good care of me. I came in to see if they had a specific vehicle in stock and he was able to assist me immediately. Their offer was extremely competitive and it made it impossible for me to walk away from a purchase. I had a great experience compared to what dealerships are usually like. 10/10!

If you are in the market for any Subaru I definitely have to suggest you go to Freehold Subaru for their huge inventory of new models, absolutely lowest prices in the area and fantastic customer service and after sale experience. Our salesman Carlos was upfront, honest, informative and above all else, able to give us the best price on a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek Wilderness that we had been offered. Hands down Freehold Subaru gave us the best new car buying experience we have ever had, far and away from the normal new car shopping hassle you usually encounter with other dealers. You can tell this is a dealership that has been in business this long because they place priority on customer satisfaction. Can’t say it enough, absolutely fantastic car buying experience.

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW.

Buying a car in a dealership is something that can be extremely stressful. Dealing with everything from bait and switch tactics to salesmen who will lie to your face. And ofcourse the sneaky finance managers that try to force you to buy worthless extended warranties.

Freehold Subaru was NOT like this at all. Randy was pleasant and patient. He went my options with me and was very patient. Not pushy at all. When it came time to financing, I was about to get upfront pricing. There was no fraudulent dealer fees. Overall great dealer experience.

He not only listens to your concerns, but also helps you with your ideas, to get the best Subaru for your needs. He is knowledgeable, personable, and always is honest and truthful! Went to the freehold dealership on Friday and was immediately taken care of by Sean. After test driving the car of my choice which is the forrester and checking out a few other dealerships to compare cars we returned to finalize my purchase. The transaction was seamless and it took us no time at all to make the car mine!! Thank you Sean and all the Freehold associates!!

I brought my car back to the dealership because there was a recall and they handled it swiftly!! They even washed my car!! Thank goodness my car wasn’t affected by the recall but it’s better to be safe than sorry!!

This was my first time buying a car. And I had the best experience. Brandon was extremely helpful finding the right car for me. Yuliya helped me through the whole process and was so incredibly patient and helpful. She walked me through every step of the process and explained what everything was/what it was for/etc. There wasn’t one moment I felt pressured into anything or rushed. Victoria was incredibly helpful helping walk through the financial work. They made the whole process incredibly smooth and less stressful. 10/10, genuinely.
