Kareem was accommodating, honest, and listened to my needs as a customer. Kareem was not pushy and answered all my questions outside of business hours. He provided great service and was not pushy. I even met the lead mechanic.
Sebastian, the manager was very transparent on costs. He listened to my budget and valued my time. Ultimately he gave a great deal on the Audi I purchased. If anything was owed or missing, he made sure I could schedule an appointment to make it up. They were very honest. I’m from Freehold, NJ. Thank you!

My wife and I were in search of a minivan after having our 4th child and didn’t want to finance. We found a great car for a fair price at Freehold Mitsubishi and reached out to the dealership and got in touch with Jennifer who helped us setup a time to come in. I was greeted by Ricardo aka Ricky who went above and beyond to help us test the car out and kick the tires. We were intent on just test driving cars that day and not making a purchase decision until my wife and I had a day or two to weight our options. Initially after speaking with Ricardo we in turn dealt with someone on the finance team who applied pressure to purchase the car that day for what I felt was a little out of our budget and we decided to leave after dealing with that gentleman. However the next day Jennifer reached out to ask about our experience and after learning about the sales tactic she reached out to Ricardo who we had a great experience with to help remedy the situation. We were able to agree on a fair sales price and worked with George from the finance team who was awesome and easy to work with. We were able to make a sale to purchase the car outright and Ricardo made sure the car was immaculate before pickup. We were happy and kids were especially excited😎. I needed a larger car for my growing family. After wasting a lot of time and backing out of the car buying experience from hell at a different dealership I came to Freehold Mitsubishi. Everyone was super attentive and time efficient. I was greeted by Michael who was super nice and set me up with Luis Cubi who worked out the deal I could not get on the same car at the last dealership and he did it all in only a couple of hours and even had my car delivered to my house.
